I called up to complain, so they sent the engineer back out. He then said the wall socket was faulty. I just went in and opened the panel, one of the wires had come loose, this is clearly why it wasn't working. I reconnected it and now it works fine. I have been charged twice for this poor workmanship. They weren't willing to understand that they were in the wrong. They have lost a business and residential client through their greed.
