Still charged me full price of £79 even though no real service was provided and I have explained that I'm not good with appliances therefore been scared to break anything while looking for problem myself (in a rented apartment). On top of that he joked that 'it was the easiest £79'. Decent human being and professional would of charged minimal price of booking fee and travel not full price of service!

Kept lying about the price of the element and the call out charge. Was overcharged. He stated that the element was £40 as it was brilliant but not that brilliant as the cooker has now broke down again just over 2 months later. Do not use!!!!!!!! Will be going to trading standards as the service you give is disgusting.
