You will be promised to meet with a Specialist, but you would be given a practitioner who doesn't help and put every little possibility on the table and defer you to come back in 3 months to see a real specialist. As a result of their negligence, my wife's condition has gotten worst, and ultimately impacting the wellbeing of our child. This institution is run by careless people who have no care and no sympathy towards other people. We reached out to them few times but have heard back nothing. PLEASE AVOID this place at all costs. Not only did he understand my actual problem, but when issues came up with my prescription being filled at Walgreens in Parker, he went above and beyond with phone calls and 'arguments' with the pharmacists to straighten out my insurance mess so I could get a refund and not pay out of pocket. He even followed through with phone calls to me. What made him so invaluable to my personal case? I live in Alaska, was visiting family and friends, and had very little time to deal with the mess. He resolved everything making the rest of my vacation enjoyable. Thanks Cole!

Anything having to do with ears, nose and throat he is most trusted for my family. Several friends have been referred to Dr. Lewark and have reported excellent results. Getting your ears cleaned is never fun, but after the surgery I've had to correct my hearing (thanks to Dr. Lewark paying attention to all my concerns during my first visit with him)I'll never use q-tips again and I'll let an ENT clean my ears! He's quick and good with his cleanings. Of course he fully updates you on how your ears look inside and how compacted(dirty) your ear is/wax build up. So far I've had wonderful experiences here and will continue to have Dr. Lewark as my ENT. I work in the medical field and in school to further my ability to help others. We are slammed. We deal with rude people all day long who want to do things their way based off something they read on google. They demand things be done they've seen on TV. We've taken an oath. I want you to live your best life. Now not all doctors are good doctors, but over worked every doctor is currently. Obviously he has the medical background and is certified to treat ENT and allergy issues but he'll present you with options and collectively the Doctor and patient will make a decision on the approach. He also encourages patients to take responsibility for their health and research products and treatments so they are comfortable with what they're doing to their body. And to boot, he is personable and makes you feel comfortable discussing your medical issues. If you're in the need of an ENT/Allergy Doctor I would definitely recommend Dr. Shah for a consultation.

I went to Dr. Menachof in 2022 to fix a deviated septum with hopes to improve my breathing and my…read moreconfidence. I shared my insecurities about my nose, it was crooked, too large and had a hump. I was told a combined septo-rhinoplasty would help both function and appearance. I asked for a very natural result and stressed that breathing was my top priority. Ginger reassured me I was in the best hands, emphasizing that he would revise until I was happy. Which should've been a red flag. Recovery was manageable and not too painful. When the cast came off, I was in shock. As the swelling went down, my nose looked more asymmetrical, scarred, and unnatural. And most disappointingly, my breathing hadn't improved, if anything, it was worse. Six months later, I underwent a revision septoplasty with Dr Menachof which made no significant difference. I'm now over two years post surgery, breathing has not improved. My cosmetic concerns have been brushed off and they have referred me to a cosmetic surgeon who can do filler in the nose. I refuse to do any filler and can't believe this is my result. Only recently did I discover that during the original surgery, Dr. Menachof had performed radiofrequency coblation turbinate reduction, something I wasn't clearly informed about or given the chance to fully understand the risk of Empty Nose Syndrome, and I now live with symptoms that match it, my right nostril feels painfully dry and obstructed despite it being wide open. My left nostril is constantly leaking and it seems to have only gotten worse over time, and all efforts to remedy it do not help. It's exacerbated I do any type of exercise, eating, talking, etc. It is humiliating, frustrating and a constant reminder of this mistake I made. Despite multiple follow-ups, Dr. Menachof continued to dismiss my concerns, saying everything "looks great" and that I'm just one of the unlucky ones. I wish I could undo the decision to trust him. I look back at old photos and realize I never needed this surgery and certainly not with this provider. I am beyond devastated and frustrated with my results and functional issues I now experience. I've become depressed and no longer can enjoy the things I used to in this life. If you're considering rhinoplasty, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I wish someone had warned me. Just know it is possible to have worse nasal function and appearance than what you have now, don't take it for granted like I did. I will not post photos here but there are some on other platforms.

My tinnitus is terrible and it finally got so bad, that I needed help. I went here and got a hearing evaluation. I was then told I needed a 1K MRI to determine whether or not there was a benign tumor putting pressure on the inside of my ear. I could not afford it so I didn't do it. 6 months later, I can't stand it so I go back and get another evaluation. This time I am told there is another, very inexpensive test that can be done in the office and it would determine if I really need a MRI or not. I went for the test and I had a migraine brewing all day so it wasn't a good day to begin with. I told the PA that I just wanted to have the test done and leave. She did the test , then put me in a room with bright flourescent lights. My migraine went into hyper drive. After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged, I stormed out. So far this doesn't sound like it could be a 5 star review but here's where it gets good. Dr. Pingree called me after I paid the bill and enclosed a note voicing my displeasure. He asked me to tell him in detail what happened and what led to my negative experience. Has anybody EVER had this happen before? I haven't. I was happy to relate to him the details and he was very happy to tell me that this experience will be used as a way to train staff to be more respsonsive to patients and their needs. The point is that Dr. Pingree took time to listen to me and I could sense that he was deeply concerned about his customer care. I will defenitely give them another opportunity to help me in the near future.
