All went flawlessly. No bruising or pain. The care of Dr. Ponquinette and his office exceeded my expectations by far. Throughout the years never had a positive outcome with dentist or oral surgeons. I can't wait to get my teeth and be able to eat and laugh again without pain. I feel blessed by Dr. Ponquinette, assistant's and Maria. Be careful with their promises…read more I had my implant installed by Dr Prabhu, and the crown on it was placed by my dentist (they do not do crowns at Oral Surgery Group). After a while the crown started to wobble. I came back to Dr Prabhu in hope that he would offer a quick fix to me. Initially he told me that he would just clean the assembly, but then he realized that it was too contaminated, and the implant has to be reinstalled. He told me that the whole job would be at no additional cost to me. He told me that he would do the implant reinstallation without charging me anything and he would reimburse my dentist for a new crown. Indeed he reinstalled my implant at no cost. However, when I had submitted to him a bill for a crown from my dentist (which I paid by myself), he stopped communicating with me. He does not reply to my calls or answer my numerous emails. I don't know if a verbal promise is legally binding, but it clearly would be more difficult for me to prove that he gave me that promise.

I needed another pulled. He had my xrays since 2/12/26. I set up another appointment to have a second tooth extracted. The next appointment to have the second tooth pulled was set for yesterday 3/12/26. A month and a half later. When he walked into the dental room where I had been waiting. He said to be "back again". I said yep, round two. he looked closely at my tooth and say a possible infection, he took another look at the exray, and commented and confirmed the tooth he was going to pull. In great regret, I had told him I was meeting with my dentist next week to work out a plan for estimates. He said he could do a "bone graft" for implants. I told him I just want the tooth pulled and did not even want to discuss and other surgical work, be it implants or bone grafts. I am on social security and not about to spend money i currently do not have When I made it clear I was there for just a tooth removal and not a bone graft, on any additional appointment. he got up and said I would have make another appointment. This was literally the best medical / dental experience I've ever had. I had what was described by…read moremy regular dentist as a difficult tooth to pull (curved root, etc). Because of this, he referred me to oral surgeon, Dr Brian Krost, of Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for it. I went to the Freehold office. I was anticipating the worst - lengthy procedure, potential pain, etc. I wanted lidocaine injections only, and I experienced no pain, with the tooth pull itself taking less than 5 minutes (again, despite it being a more difficult pull). Dr Krost's skill and demeanor (including putting me at ease, communicating and addressing my concerns) were exceptional. The staff -- from the dental professional who assisted Dr Krost to those at the front desk - were equally exceptional with their skills, support, communication, etc. I have a reflexive anxiety reaction to even the simplest medical procedures where I come close to passing out (eg I have to lay down whenever I have a blood test or even when getting a simple shot). I had the same reaction after the simple lidocaine injections (again, the act of getting a simple shot induces my reaction). I communicated to the dental professional that I was feeling dizzy and nauseous & she saw the color go out of my face. She put my head back to resolve it and gave me non judgmental assurance and support. Dr Brian Krost was equally patient and supportive in response to this. I then had the same reaction after the tooth pull was over. The dental professional again had the same patience and support, putting my head back and staying with me & not rushing me in any way. The staff at the front desk were equally supportive and helpful. I received a follow up call from the dental professional who had helped me. It was an amazing experience. If I have to get even a 'simple' tooth extraction done, I'm going here and will ask for Dr Brian Krost.

Dentist took a look and all was healing well, but he went ahead and packed it with some medication and gauze for a day and told her to come back in on Saturday, he even said that the medication would help in about an hour. Right after we left she said, " It didn't even take an hour, my mouth feels so good can we eat?" it was so good to see her feeling better. Staff at this location was really helpful and I recommend them for dental service.

I had called them for a consultation and x-rays…read more I am looking for implants and explained to them when I made the appointment that I did not have insurance and will be out of pocket. I also explained that I did not have a current dentist. The receptionist said no problem and gave me an appointment. Day of my appointment, I arrived 15 mins early ( had a 2 pm appt ) - they did not see me till about 230pm - When they called me in, the lady asks me to step into this room for x-rays. She did not present herself of who she was and I ask what the cost for this was. She rolled her eyes and ask the billing dept what the cost was. I agreed with the cost and she took the x-rays. She didn't say a word as she place my x-rays in the slot of the room. The Dentist came into the room and explained that she could not give a consultation - that I would need to go to a dentist first and the dentist will give them the overview of my teeth. Was very confused since when I made my appointment, I stated I did not have a current dentist and now being told I would need to go to a dentist first. After $300.00, I received nothing but a run around from them. I don't know why they didn't state this first and now out of pocket of $300.00!
