I also explained that I did not have a current dentist. The receptionist said no problem and gave me an appointment. Day of my appointment, I arrived 15 mins early ( had a 2 pm appt ) - they did not see me till about 230pm - When they called me in, the lady asks me to step into this room for x-rays. She did not present herself of who she was and I ask what the cost for this was. She rolled her eyes and ask the billing dept what the cost was. I agreed with the cost and she took the x-rays. She didn't say a word as she place my x-rays in the slot of the room. The Dentist came into the room and explained that she could not give a consultation - that I would need to go to a dentist first and the dentist will give them the overview of my teeth. Was very confused since when I made my appointment, I stated I did not have a current dentist and now being told I would need to go to a dentist first. After $300.00, I received nothing but a run around from them. I don't know why they didn't state this first and now out of pocket of $300.00!

Terrible bed side manner, rude, condescending between doctor and staff and I had to go back then...because I already paid a decent amount! Oh and to solve everything... was put on antibiotics for nearly SIX WEEKS and had multiple side effects from this. I should have charged Sage for those bills! I should have never gone back and should have taken different measures! I had so many problems and was in pain for WEEKS and lost days of work! So many regrets! I guess this was the price tag to all my extra visits for the severe infection I had...finally receiving a call back after 2 days of trying and I am told to use salt water rinse in a text, wait again and call back if the infection persists! Better be some magic salt water! Can't believe that didn't correct it all, when I was given medication for 2 weeks three times in a row back to back to back! And the doctor had the nerve to ask me "What response was I looking for?" in a text, when he finally responded. And it continues...2 YEARS LATER WHEN I THOUGHT THIS WAS ALL BEHIND ME!!!! This experience has made me fearful of ever sitting in a dentist chair again. It was an absolute nightmare. Unbelievable! GOOD JOB DEBORAH on representing your business and always saying the same thing to each customer that reviews this place badly. If everyone keeps stating the same thing...it must be our own faults! You know nothing and you were not there. You know nothing of my timeline and about the horrendous events that occurred during my visit there. You can smell the awkwardness when I walked through the door to make sure I was happy after the suffering that I was caused there so I wouldn't take other measures against this place. Say whatever you want...you don't have the facts! And in my opinion, for others that may walk through that door, this is a productive dialogue! I have nothing to lose here!

I think I was in the chair for maybe 1/2 hour total, if that. Great after care guide. Just got a follow up call to see how I'm doing. Both times after Dr. Jeffrey finished I got a big high five. I take anesthesia and gas to make it more fun. I generally dread the dentist. I had some manics hurt me on multiple dates for one job and still not get it right. So to have this level of skill limits pain and reduces recovery time. Also the office personnel and dental assistant, and nurse are too notch. If you want a top notch care go here! Just not when I need an appointment. Thank You So Much Dr. Jeffrey and staff for taking great care of me.

Came here for Mini-Me to have her checkup after wisdom teeth removal…read more She was having some discomfort which was to be expected but it was causing a headache and her jaw was hurting, she couldn't eat and was just not feeling good. Dentist took a look and all was healing well, but he went ahead and packed it with some medication and gauze for a day and told her to come back in on Saturday, he even said that the medication would help in about an hour. Right after we left she said, " It didn't even take an hour, my mouth feels so good can we eat?" it was so good to see her feeling better. Staff at this location was really helpful and I recommend them for dental service.

After reviewing what my dentist had tried, and my mention that the dentist stated oral surgeons have access to better anesthetics, Dr. Winston gave me 3 shots, which almost immediately took me completely out of pain, and after giving the shots time to numb everything, he took what felt like a minute or two, at most, to remove the troublesome tooth. I called him a miracle worker! The office also called me an hour or so after I got home to check on me, which was appreciated.
