It's great to feel that if one dentist isn't there that day, you can always see someone else and have a similar experience. I usually see Dr. Scott. On my last visit, Dr. Sekhon filled a small cavity, and it was a very painless and quick procedure. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist to begin with, but she made the experience easy. I've had two cavities filled there now and I've had one tooth pulled, and I haven't had any issues. The dental assistants are all really nice and caring and I've never had an issue getting an appointment. I've recently moved out of the area and will certainly miss this group if I have to switch dentists.

There was no rush and she took the time needed to get it done. My former dentist would always rush, which is understandable given that he had patients waiting for him in the adjacent rooms. This doctor (Dr. Rozov) focused fully on me and was able to take fix me up and stop the pain. Everything in the office was sparkling clean, brand new and beautiful. Normally I wouldn't write such a long review, but when you spend a few days and nights in agonizing pain, having that torture finally stop felt like a blessing. I am recommending her to everyone!

I found Dr. Miller to be very gentle and caring about how I was feeling throughout any procedure I was there for. He answered the myriad of questions I may have had with patience and detail. When I first arrived at the office years ago, i noticed the lack of the dental office aroma that I remember as a child. The waiting room is more like a living room and made me feel comfortable. And all the dental chairs face what I call a relaxing garden with birds and nature and can be seen through very large picture windows along with a TV, if you so choose to watch. All the dental hygienists are very sweet and accommodating and helped me relax even more. Didn't think I would ever say this, but I don't experience the "fear of the dentist" any more. Then one day they were out of the office. Nothing was ever mentioned, and a New dentist was there. I stayed because of the Hygienist, Angie, who was wonderful. I was shuffled to different dentists and I noticed a whole new vibe in the office. Then one day I had a toothache, in my experience when someone has a toothache you get them in ASAP. I called the office on Wednesday. They gave me an appointment on Friday even when I told them I was in discomfort. Friday arrives and I get a phone call that the dentist said she didn't have enough time for me on that day and she would see me the following Wednesday when she could devote more time. I was in shock. She could've brought me in taking an x-ray and giving me a prescription. But I was being shuffled again, a person with an infection in pain. I decided I would never go back and plus I found out my Hygienist left also along with other office staff and personnel. The quality of care has totally gone downhill. You don't want an office that's corporate. It becomes all about the dollars not you. I have found a wonderful office in Freehold with a husband and wife who own their practice and care about their patients. The way it should be. Beware of this office.

This is not the first person who has told me that Brighter Dental has done this to people; either false diagnose and/or severely over bill so they get more money from you. Go somewhere else!!

I was looking for a new dentist after my current dentist stopped taking my insurance. Oakwood…read moredental arts seemed like the perfect choice; they were local. they took my insurance, and for check ups and cleanings, my out-of-pocket was absolutely nothing. They also have some pretty high-tech equipment, so it seemed a no-brainer. I made an appointment. They saw me promptly. They did a full set of x-rays. The technician could not have been more gracious and he did a terrific job cleaning my teeth. In fact, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful, until the dentist arrived. First of all he was wearing these magnifying glasses that prevent you from being able to see his eyes, which was offputting. The moment he walked in (he may or may not have introduced himself, I really don't recall) he went straight to the x-rays, announced I needed a root canal and a crown, took a quick look in my mouth and walked out. Now, I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt; he is probably overworked and I'm sure they don't have nearly enough dentists for all their patients. However, I'll be damned if I let someone who spent absolutely no time with me, make such a significant diagnosis so casually. It was time for a second opinion. I took a picture of the x-ray on my cell phone and met with my old dentist. He told me no problem he could fill it and I didn't need a root Canal. Needless to say, I am back with my old dentist and could not be happier. I don't care if I have to go 100% out-of-pocket. I'd rather have more teeth and a little less money than the other way around. And in this case, I have more teeth and more money so it's a win-win. If Oakwood dental arts suggest anything beyond a cleaning and x-rays, please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion from a local dentist who is willing to take the time to do what they can to save your teeth.

I was in a bind. My dentist went AWOL in the middle of a root canal. Well, he gave up on the root canal and was going to extract it, then went AWOL. I needed help and I didn't have time to interview doctors. I was basically at the mercy of the recommendation of my insurance company. Not a great situation. So I picked Dr. Eisenberg because he was in network and could see me right away. I figured I'd get this tooth fixed and then start looking around for a new dentist the right way. Well, there was no need. He did a great job! I got right in, he took a look, and got me back on track with the whole root canal debacle. He was able to save to tooth and completed the root canal, saving me a fortune on an implant and a lot of unnecessary pain. I also got a cleaning after the whole process so I'm good for a while. Dr. Eisenberg does discuss payment with you. Most every other dentist I've seen has a clerk or something deal with insurance issues so don't be turned off if he talks insurance with you before doing any work. These conversations make me a bit uneasy, BUT I'd rather have the insurance conversation before any work is done because after the work is done you're stuck. I can say this about Dr. Eisenberg: he is friendly and personable, he made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and the work he did for me is excellent. If you're looking for a dentist, Dr. Eisenberg is an excellent choice. Friendly and personable, he'll take good care of you. He certainly took good care of me.

He worked so very hard to save a molar and so he did. I appreciate that so much and it was painless and he did it with a smile even though he worked so hard. His staff is just as personal and relaxing as he, which makes the visits comfortable which is important to patients.
