Last week Dr. Molesphini extracted one of my teeth as part of the initial stage for implant or bridge installation (tbd a few months from now). The extraction itself went fine - quick and painless. However, before and during the procedure I was suffering from (unrelated) digestive distress, and throughout, I was literally jumping out of the seat every ten minutes or so to take care of what I needed to, there in the exam room. This turned into rather a mortifying experience for me. But throughout the entire time, Dr. M. as well as his assistant were fabulous. Patient, compassionate, and kind. I wanted to go through with the procedure though Dr. M. repeatedly (and wisely) asked me throughout if I wanted to continue. Kudos to him and his assistant that evening for turning a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me into one that was professionally and gracefully handled. I so much appreciate this. In 25 years of seeing both Dr. Molesphini and Dr. Chustckie, as well as many years seeing Debbie S. for my cleanings, I have been extremely pleased with their work and my outcomes. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism caused me unnecessary stress, financial damage, and an unfinished treatment.

Like how Nobel is the original maker, and how the Nobel company has mandatory training. Or how it's not just implants, but possible bone grafts, sinus lifts, or extractions. I was determined to make these implants a reality from the moment Dr. Reilly sat me down and explained the process. He made it seem possible, and a few short years later, I had them. The thing most people don't know about all-on-four implants is the aesthetic skill required by the dentist, not just the knowledge. I would see advertising for overseas all on four implants at literally half the price, and I decided to thoroughly research it. What I found was those slashed prices included nothing other than the implants; all other dental work that may be required was charged additionally, including extractions, possible bone grafts, or sinus lifts, etc. also hotel expenses and/or return airfare and other ad hoc charges that may be applied. Most importantly, though, was the skill of the dentist. The States have rigorous educational requirements not always met in different countries. Anything can happen that the dentist must be prepared for, and, when dealing with a permanent solution to dental difficulties you want a dental team of perfectionists like Dr. Reilly and Dr. Dorfman. The assistants who worked with them were also excellent. For years Dr. Burack has encouraged me to have my front tooth fixed and I should have listened to her years ago but, as she well knows, while she is the best and nicest person, I have a fear of the dentist. We came to an agreement and begin work on Part 1. Ran out of time, completed 1 root canal in 2 hours. They asked me to come back on a Saturday morning. I came back the following week. The receptionist asks for the rest of the payment. I laughed in her face and said Nope. You could tell her and her colleague were in shock. I explained the situation and I told the receptionist to check her notes, because she refused to give me anything in writing the first time I was there. Few moments later she found her notes. I was there for 5 hours on a second root canel. The technician made excuses, al the while I can hear the doctor working on two other patients. It was pretty much a 30 min wait between each xray and numbing shot. Was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. My family was very upset with me because we had activities planned in the afternoon. I even agreed to come in earlier to the practice to address my situation. The kicker was as I was leaving, another receptionist starts asking me about the billing. I point to her partner and say talk to her, she has the notes and I left. I was not going to play this game. I refuse to come back to this place. The doctors are the only good thing about this place, They are skillful, but if you ask them enough questions they act very cagey and will choose not to answer you. That's never a good sign The technicians are not very good. My first tehnician kept getting the suction stuck between my teeth. The second technician was cursing under his breath in spanish when the temporary crown wasnt fitting correctly. The receptionists are not very helpful, they have this stuck up attitude.
