Even the pharmacy can't seem to get a call back from Dr Desai or his office after over a week, which is mind boggling and seems dangerous. The call center system is wretched; we've been transferred back and forth and told we'd have our calls returned but haven't. Multiple family members are now involved. We cannot in good conscience recommend Dr. Desai or this clinic until and unless this gets resolved to our satisfaction.

If the system wasn't supposed to let me do that, that's an issue on their end, not mine. I drove over 50 minutes to this appointment, only to get a call in the parking lot telling me they didn't know how I was able to schedule and that I shouldn't have made the appointment the way I did. Instead of listening or troubleshooting, the front desk staff kept arguing with me and insisting I booked it wrong even after I explained that their own app allowed it. It was frustrating and honestly felt very dismissive. This was especially disappointing because I was referred here by my primary care provider, so I came in expecting a smooth and professional experience. On top of that, I had been waiting for some time. someone from the office was supposed to call me to schedule in the first place, and no one ever did. When I called myself, I was told I would get a callback...which never happened. At that point, I decided it was better to leave and find another office. The front desk is often a reflection of the professionalism and care within the rest of the practice, and based on this, I didn't feel confident moving forward. A healthcare office should be understanding, solutions oriented and respectful of patients' time, especially when the patient has driven nearly an hour to get there. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will be finding another provider in the area with better communication and a more patient centered front desk.
