Think, well culled, well made, trendsetting threads, accessories, at prices to please your inner and outer fashionista but especially your bank account. In the window, a red, white and blue long sleeve striped shirt with Swiss tabs to roll and anchor the sleeves in place paired with ripped jeans caught my eye. But once inside I gravitated to, then bought, a red and black Buffalo plaid, 100% cotton shirt; casual, comfy and cozy with tails not too long for now well into spring. Not enough time to explore more (the story of my life), I made a mental note to create a BFF girls' shopping trip here followed by lunch or happy hour at Local Kitchen & Wine Bar https://www.yelp.com/biz/local-kitchen-and-wine-bar-santa-monica just steps to the east. Happy with my fine purchase, I soon learned, "But wait, there's more!" Yes, more. I took a few extra minutes to register for "Loyalty Stars", one per purchase and when ten are accrued, a 20% discount off your next purchase. Disclose the month and date of your birthday for yet another special offer. Shopping was never so good! Be sure to wander further east, past Local Kitchen, to experience Brooke Rodd's other store, FUN https://www.yelp.com/biz/fun-by-brooke-rodd-santa-monica Trust me it is! Extremely Poor Customer Service -- Unprofessional and Incompetent Staff…read more After years of being a loyal Levi's customer, I am extremely disappointed by the unacceptable customer service I experienced at the Century City location. On Saturday, October 24, 2026, during the morning, I visited the store seeking assistance with a pair of Levi's jeans purchased just four months earlier that had already developed holes. Unfortunately, the two female employees who assisted me demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge, professionalism, and basic customer service skills. Neither seemed capable of explaining Levi's warranty policy or directing me to the appropriate process. Instead of helping, they were dismissive, made me feel unwelcome, and suggested I pay to repair the jeans. What made this experience even worse was discovering the following day that these same employees had apparently contacted the Glendale Galleria store to discuss my visit. Apparently, they had time to call another store about me but couldn't spend one minute explaining how to submit a warranty claim online. The Glendale employees eventually provided the information I needed, something Century City could have easily done. I find this level of incompetence and lack of customer care completely unacceptable, particularly from a globally recognized brand like Levi's. I strongly encourage Levi's corporate management to investigate the conduct and training of the two female employees working on Saturday morning, October 24. After years of supporting this brand, I never expected to be treated so poorly simply for requesting assistance with a potentially defective product. One star. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location for customer service or warranty assistance.

Try things on though - the hanger appeal is not always there but when you put on the pieces, it's when it starts to work and you see and experts flattery magic. They also design for layers which in SoCal is key. I love their cuts and quality. They also have seasonal colors. I highly recommend this designer. Their sales people are very attentive and helpful. I'd recommend bringing just your phone and a credit card, or simply using Apple Pay. The shopping experience itself was well organized. Clothing was sorted by size, making it easy to browse and find items quickly. I don't think this was Eclipse's fault, but it seemed like PopFlex rotated merchandise throughout the week-long sale. My friend visited the day after I did and found skirts and swimwear, whereas my shopping day featured mostly black leggings, onesies, sherpa jackets, and denim jeans. Keep in mind is that you'll want to shop efficiently because the checkout line moved quite slowly. There were only two cashiers working, which created a bottleneck once people were ready to purchase. I ended up buying four items and there is additional discounts offered when you purchased 8+ pieces so my cousin and I combined our pieces. As for parking, the event advertised that the first two hours were free at 123 S. Robertson Blvd, but I was definitely charged by the hour. Overall it was still good to check out the sample sale. If I lived closer, I probably would have returned for another visit, but the drive out to West Hollywood is a bit of a trek for me.
