I contacted Will and he was so incredibly prompt and responsive- within minutes of my message he replied back with a quote and was able to squeeze me in for next day service for a deep clean, wow I thought.. this guy is on it! to add, his pricing was very reasonable (like every other quote was 2x more for last minute service!). Sounded to good to be true I wasn't sure what to expect, since this was a last minute booking I was at the bare minimum, hoping for an honest company- that would at the very least make the place look presentable, i was desperate and my expectations where low. Fast forward to the day of Service- Will showed up the next day, on time with a huge crew, of around 4 people. He introduced me to each by name and they all seemed very nice. He then walked around, toured my place and assured me he would make it brand new. I nervously left him and his team to do their thing. When I arrived a few hours later.. HOLY MOLY was I FLOORED.... the place was IMMACULATE! I could probably eat off of my floors.. they even cleaned behind my stove!! My fiancé and I have high standards for what we expect out of a house cleaning. We've been extra busy with work and decided we needed some additional help before some family came in town. Will was great at setting up the appointment and communicating with us through out and the team he sent were incredibly generous with their time and effort. They were here for 3 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of our 1200 foot apartment. Our dog sheds a lot so it'd be easy to see if they missed any spots but I was shocked to see our space look brand new when they were finished. Two things that were added bonuses, the team that came were incredibly sweet and went straight to work cleaning the space as if it was their own. I truly felt like they cared about my home the way I care about my home. The second is that I was so surprised how when they left, every little item that had been lying around on a countertop or the floor had been put in its place. They were a little later than expected, but they scheduled within a few days, so I didn't mind that much. They did a great job again at my place and everything smells great. They actually lifted up the items on shelves to clean, took everything off the kitchen counter and put it all back neatly. Even made my bed and offered to change the sheets.
