I highly doubt you will find a more knowledgeable, respectful, professional AND reasonably priced waterproofing team. We had several estimates done and no one (other than Alberto) suggested waterproofing the wall surrounding our basement as well as the inside. And his price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the other estimates we obtained. The entire project was done in a week and they left the space clean each day. Communication was top notch with quick response to phone calls or text messages. We really felt comfortable with Alberto's team completing this project every step of the way. They even graded a sloped area in our back yard that was problematic and replanted and watered the bushes that were displaced during the project! Their attention to detail is so impressive! They stand by their work and do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Alberto and the team at Romero SealMasters for all your waterproofing needs.

Be very careful with this busines. A realtor who was representing our home contacted them to look…read moreat our crawl space at the request of a potential buyer. We had a full encapsulation less than two years before with a completely dry and clean crawl space until the (old, not replaced) sump oump failed. This had been identified by Groundworks and we were awaiting repair. This was known to the realtor and Romero. In spite of this, he had my wife nearly in tears after he told her the entire crawl space encapsulation needed to be removed and redone with multiple additional drains installed. Remarkably, he did not mention the non-functioning sump pump! Groundworks has replaced the sump pump and cleaned the crawl space. It is now completely dry and clean with normal humidity and temperature on the monitor.

I have used Excel Plumbing past decade and trust who they trust. They offered up Solid State Tile and gave me their number. I glanced at Yelp before calling and it was the week of Christmas. Owner came out next day to look, we were with his tile person next day, and on the schedule that week. We picked out tile and the hardest part is waiting for that to arrive. With the holidays it was a wait. Once the materials were in they got us on the schedule within a week. Process is professional and different people come to do different things. They have a great foreman that sets everything up. Demo Crew, membrane crew, tile crew, and drywall guy. All of the people at my house representing this company were great. Tile is expensive, I understand more what drives the price after seeing the process. We only chose to replace the floor and had to go a foot up all around. Tile company they had us work with helped keep us near budget and match up the new tile to matches the old tile in our 20 year old house. So in the pics they did everything on the floor and the beautiful stripe. Wife loves new drain. Hate to have a leak but new one came with lifetime guarantee. I would definitely recommend this company. Work was top notch. They were easy to communicate with and responded to all my calls, texts or emails.

Seemed like they tried to save themselves some money by spreading the concrete thin. We had a few concrete companies come out that were appalled by their work. Ceasar-Fox concrete worker that was head of laying the concrete presented himself as the owner when in appears the company has Mireya(the lady who was here supposedly overseeing their faulty work)as the owner. Mireya passed herself as an employee but everything is in her name as the owner. It will now cost double to have concrete pulled up and laid correctly. They initially refused to fix the work or refund our money. Then last week Mireya says she will have our refund today but she is not answering calls or text. Please save yourself the headache and money, do not deal with this company as their work is shoddy and they are unwilling to work with us to fix it.
