Month after month Allen Shoemaker lied to me about "ordering " the hardware and having the glass cut and etched for my curio. As of June 15, 2021, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! We picked up my curio this afternoon covered in dust, I didn't even respect my furniture enough to cover it up. Third call a week later, someone picked up the phone. However, they did not say the name of the company or identify themselves when they answered so I had to confirm I had the correct number. Got an appointment set up for someone to come out and take a look at the large project I was offering. The day of the appointment came and went. I never got a call indicating they were delayed. I never got a call later to let me know why they never showed up. If their work is as bad as their customer service, I'm glad they never showed up as their customer service is horrendous.

Regardless I went ahead and got the quote and let them do the driveway. There were several times that he did not show up did not call I would have to call him. It was done in October which I had questioned that if that was a good time since it was cold he assured me that it was. When it started warming up this summer grass immediately started growing in the center of my driveway. There's just not that but when it rains gravel rolls down the hill and it's all in my driveway. There are cracks in the concrete. There is a place where the water drains and sits there so it has caused ruts in the driveway. Merle came out several times to look at the issues and trust me there's more than just this but to keep this short he came out and assured us that he would fix everything. That's been over 3 months ago. Several appointments no call no show. Now there's just no call back at all. I did file a complaint with a better Business bureau. Still have not heard from him to fix the problems. To us that was a lot of money that we paid and had to save for. And now we have a driveway that hasn't even lasted a year.
