I called ahead and told them I would be bringing back 100 chairs and 13, 8 foot tables and asked if they had people to unload and she said yes. I got there. and there was one guy and he had a cast on one arm. I told him there's a couple girls inside to have one help he said no their office girls. and the guys are on delivery. so he got in the U-Haul and slid the tables as I unloaded and stacked them against the wall and stacked the chairs on carts. I called and talked to a manager. I hate doing that but at that point I'm exhausted I smashed my finger, my back is on fire and I'm physically drained had I'd known I would have brought help. but all the manager said is he would have a chat with him. and sorry. I'm just in so much pain from those tables they are a good 20 lbs it feels like solid 8 foot tables. just wish I didn't have to unload all that I definitely won't be able to sleep tonight.

Not only was Shirley sweet as could be, she also helped me figure out the best size table for our needs. We were able to set up a mock table in the shop and she gave us some great tips and ideas to make our tables look as flattering as possible. The linens were perfect! We also paid for weights so they wouldnt blow over. When we got home from picking up our order we discovered they had shorted us a curtain and there was nothing to weigh down the drapes- they should have e included pipes to go alone the bottom sleeve. When I called back she tried to charge me MORE money for addentional pipes and I would have e to come pick up thw missing drapes as well. Horrible customer service!!! Its a couple of hours until my event and we are screwed.
