I called ahead and told them I would be bringing back 100 chairs and 13, 8 foot tables and asked if they had people to unload and she said yes. I got there. and there was one guy and he had a cast on one arm. I told him there's a couple girls inside to have one help he said no their office girls. and the guys are on delivery. so he got in the U-Haul and slid the tables as I unloaded and stacked them against the wall and stacked the chairs on carts. I called and talked to a manager. I hate doing that but at that point I'm exhausted I smashed my finger, my back is on fire and I'm physically drained had I'd known I would have brought help. but all the manager said is he would have a chat with him. and sorry. I'm just in so much pain from those tables they are a good 20 lbs it feels like solid 8 foot tables. just wish I didn't have to unload all that I definitely won't be able to sleep tonight.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! Be aware!…read more I have never experienced such bad service. From the time they showed up until phone conversations with the owner there was nothing but problems. I knew we were in trouble when the foreman started throwing the owner under the bus before work even began. Then to the rudeness from the owner when my wife was trying to explain her concerns. I have never written a review in my life about a company. Good or bad. I just hope others will use another company so they will have a good experience for their special occasion. Update. I finally had to tell them to pack up thei s---- and leave the property.

We used Ace Event Rental recently for an anniversary/birthday party. They were wonderful to work…read morewith, kind, prompt, and courteous. The delivery of items before the event was smooth, and the delivery team very helpful. I really enjoyed working with Selena, who had saved a tent and asked several days prior to our event if we wanted it when the weather changed for the worse the day of our event. We did not need the tent as we had our own, but the thoughtfulness of that gesture went above and beyond basic customer service. The items we rented were in good condition, from the chairs to the wine barrels to the games for kids. Pick up went smoothly even though they were short staffed that day. They were easy to reach, communicated well and often and had great items. Especially the oversize connect four, which was a hit with the kiddos and the wine barrels which were beautiful. We were pleased with all the items we rented. I would definitely use them again for events!
