My daughter and her Freinds went for her 14th birthday. They all had so much fun and could not stop talking about it for days. They officially open June 1st. The absolute best place for Escape Rooms in South Florida. Whether you're a beginner or experienced escape room goer. The four rooms at Will to Escape will put you to the test. I have done all four rooms myself and escaped from them all (Terminal, The Gate, Stolen Relic, and Sector X) and all of them are built very realistic and immersive. The staff is very friendly and inviting when you are there. The game masters are very helpful when giving hints when the full team agrees that a hint is needed. Booked a room a few hours before and a child in our group became very ill after dinner making it impossible for us to go. Called to explain and move our time slot to the next morning. The worker said I can't see why not - every time slot after ours and ALL of the time slots the next morning are open - but he needed to check with his manager. Said maybe we would have to pay $10 more a person. Fine with us. We still wanted to do the room. The worker called right back to tell us he was sorry but the manager said absolutely not, it goes against his four hour cancellation policy and he wouldn't let him move our time. I can understand if they were booked, but EVERY time slot is open. We would have done all four rooms and now we will never go back. They would rather have the room empty and lose a customer? Mind boggling. Nothing worse than a place with horrible customer service. As others have said, they care more about taking your money than running a good business. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! read more

We did all three rooms they have to offer and let me tell you, YOU HAVE TO TRY ALL THREE! When you step into each room Its like you're actually stepping into a new world. This place is so above and beyond what you would expect from an escape room. I have been to almost every escape room location in palm beach county and After coming here my family and I cant go anywhere else in the area because will to escape makes them seem like child's play. These rooms are so immersive and the puzzles are so fun. The only downside to this place is how addicting it becomes to do the rooms. I just started going to escape rooms, and have been to a few throughout all of South Florida - including Miami Beach. The rooms here at Will to Escape were amazing! The set designs for these rooms are amazing and make the experience very immersive. Additionally, the puzzles are varied and creative and aren't just a series of number locks over and over like other Escape Room places in the area. My siblings and I started off with The Gate room and loved it so much that we ended up doing Stolen Relic and Terminal the next 2 days! The rooms are all challenging in their own way, but they're doable and we managed to escape all of them without going overboard on clues. Our favorite room was definitely Stolen Relic as it is the most challenging by far and we escaped with only 26 seconds left! It was a very intense but rewarding experience! I highly recommend trying this place out if you have the chance as it's a great group event that the whole family can enjoy. We did ours with our 11 year old sister! It's a bit on the pricy side but it's worth it in the end. read more

Prior to my experience at Will to Escape, I had only done one escape room about two years ago. It was not very thrilling, so I never tried another one. Finally, I went toin Will to Escape. It was such a great experience, and I was immediately hooked. With a 5 day period I did three of the four rooms, each one more exhilarating than the next. I HIGHLY recommend this escape room experience to everyone. The rooms have incredible themes, the aesthetics are magnificent, and the owner is a great guy who you can tell really loves and is proud of his work. Horrendous experience I'm giving this escape room one star because that's the lowest option. I've done multiple escape rooms before and this was the worst experience I've ever had. We did the Stolen Relic room, not only was it not interactive in design, but the overall fit and finish of the room is very low in quality. For example, one puzzle involving a key board didn't properly work after correctly typing in the answer multiple times. The website doesn't rank the rooms difficulties online so you have no idea what you're walking into. Not only was the room poor but the employees clearly don't care about your experience, we buzzed for clues multiple times only to hear no response or a very delayed response. The reason to try an escape room is to feel challenged yet fulfilled when you leave, the only thing we felt after leaving was scammed for paying nearly $200 for an awful experience. The owner was ignorant enough to think we'd come back again to try the room again. Never again. Put the money towards anything else. read more

One star because I cannot give 0. Was very disappointed in our most recent experience here. My family of four and I have done most of the escape rooms here and always had a great time, we even referred friends to come here! We had a reservation for 6:45 pm to try the new room and on our way across the street my mother slipped in a puddle and hit her head against the curb of the road right in front of Will to Escape. She was bleeding from her chin and her cheekbone, soaking wet and was obviously disoriented. After asking for a first aid kit and given paper towels, the owner came outside to see what was going on. We explained that we had a reservation at 6:45, which it was at that point, we asked if we could have a rain check, since we had been huge supporters of his business for months, and he had just witnessed the accident. He said that was not an option, that he had been turning people away all day and would not be able to give us a refund or allow us to come back another day instead. After my mother tried pushing through the pain, we decided we should not do the escape room. The young man at the desk was very helpful and obviously worried, checking on us and making sure we did not feel pressured to do the room if we felt uncomfortable. The young woman was also very sweet, giving my mother a concussion exam to ease our spirits. We ended up paying $175 for our room and leaving. We ran into the owner outside smoking a cigarette and we told him we were going to go, but thank you anyway and he look at us bewildered, we told him we had paid and he just continued staring at us and then went around the corner. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disappointing experience from a place we had advocated for. read more
