This is probably one of the cleanest and neat furniture stores I can remember! I was greeted by two sales ladies who have perfected the art of customer service. They had what appeared to be some well made and beautiful merchandise. I'm unsure about the origins of this furniture company but it seems that financing things is something they like to push! I did tell the nice ladies that I don't like in- store financing and they did seem a bit disappointed! I didn't see what I had in mind; but like I noted; I did see a lot of nice furniture!

I normally don't like to wear used clothing and don't purchase any. I came to the conclusion that it's one thing to love the mission statement of this business ( all profits go to families struggling with childhood cancer ) and another thing to financially support it in some way! Just like a lot of folks, over a period of time wasting money on furniture that doesn't last we learned the lesson: Don't go cheap buying furniture that's inexpensively made. It's a better value in the long run to buy household furniture that's made to last! Amelia's has really made us happy with this piece! So much so that we returned and purchased an extremely well made sofa and TV stand. There was an issue with the two delivery guys who wanted twice the agreed price to bring this huge and heavy piece into our home. We paid up; they honestly earned their money ; this was a tough job even for two big delivery guys!

Bed was delivered but had some imperfections that I didn't see the issues until I arrived home. (My husband was there) He informed me. The delivery guy called the store and spoke to the manager. The Manger disconnected the call and the delivery guy tried to cll him back but no one would answer. I reached out to the sales lady and was told they were aware and would get the issue resolved. I called back several time after that. But now no one will puck my calls and nothing has been done about sending me a damaged bed with writing on it. I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company. They have no respect or appreciation for customers. I would never do business with this company again. This store does a big business in my small hometown. Without a thorough examination or knowledge about furniture construction, most people just take for granted if it looks nice it's probably well made. Most pieces here do come with a warranty. There's lots and lots of nice looking furnishings for a home! It could be tempting to overspend your resources in a place like this! Local business with a very solid reputation!

I bought 3 pieces of furniture (Catnapper- Jackson Furniture, TN) from Kimbrell's in 2017. The…read moreseat cushion failed and got soft and the springs now hit you in the butt. The store gives you a one year warranty which is normal but Catnapper (Jackson Furniture) gives you a 1-10 year warranty depending on what part has failed. Sounds good doesn't it? Not - Catnapper-Jackson Furniture charges you to ship the part, the part is "free", labor is on you, which can be quiet costly if you can find a repair man that is qualified to work on a Catnapper. Unfortunately there is no one in this or surrounding area that is authorized to "fix" it so once you get the part, you are on your own. Not only do you have to pay for shipping but you now have to pay a furniture repair man to "fix" it. The warranty is basically worthless. Did Kimbrell's tell us that? NO! When I called them to find out what we were suppose to do, they stated call the manufacturer, etc. Well that didn't go over well at all. We will never buy from them again. They were not forthcoming regarding the so called warranty which you really can't even say is a warranty and would not even attempt to help us correct the defect. I got better service from Rooms to Go!
