I can't say it was particularly clean. The bathroom was kind of icky. No one had cleaned up towels off the floor, toilet paper wadded up on the floor next to the toilet, etc. Granted, we were there at 5 pm, so there had probably been a Saturday rush tearing the place up, but employees should do a better job of tidying up. Maybe there aren't enough on a shift, idk. The inventory was definitely picked over and it honestly looked like somebody just dumped a bucket of junk out across some of the shelves. We walked out empty-handed. I didn't even look at the clothes because they were grouped by color and type, not size. Who wants to look at a whole rack of black shirts to try to find their size? It's not that hard to organize by size, really. It's not worth making it a day trip, despite what that influencer said. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I'll leave it to the locals from now on.

The prices are the same at every Goodwill so calling them out for the prices seems silly. Especially when you get an Under Armor hoody for a fraction of what they would cost new. The store is great with plenty of space to move around and it's such a nice building that sometimes you forget you're at a Goodwill. They have a huge electronics section with a bunch of good used monitors and stacks of video games. The clothing is the major player of course and as always it's organized by color?!? Why Goodwill?!? Why! I know it's easy for the employees to rack them but I don't got shopping usually to find a specific color. But I guess it keeps people in the store longer as they would have to go through every single shirt to find the right size. The staff at checkout were more polite than usual and I appreciate that more than most. Usually at most retailers it seems like you're an inconvenience more than a customer. Heck most don't even stop their conversation with their colleagues to acknowledge you! Great shopping experience here in Shelby. We will be back every time we are in town!

They don't deal in clothing. Instead they buy and sell furniture and accessories for the home.They offer pickup and delivery. The owner was very nice and informative to talk to. I told him how pleasantly surprised I was with his merchandise. No junk in here, all classy stuff! His prices were seemingly fair. I took several pictures and I hope you like them. I'll return soon!

Be careful working with this company, they are under new ownership. It is not the same Oz Jewelers…read more THEY LOST MY ACCENT RUBY, THEY CHIPPED MY RUBY, AND THE PRONG WORK IS AWFUL. I got my ring back a week ago and took it to different Jewelers in the surrounding area and all said, "the prong work leaves alot to be desired" - they were to replace a prong on my sapphire and tip the other 3. There are ripples in the tipped prongs and they are so bad the Jewelers reviewing it would not attempt to tell me which one was replaced. I have had this ring for over a decade, it is well loved and in sterling silver, which is soft but the sapphire is not centered. There is a huge gap and the stone is pushed to one side leaving it diagonal. There are several prongs on the accent setting that needs replacement, that was never even mentioned to me when I brought it in. This ring was giving to me by my father when I was 19, it was 1,000 almost 20 years ago, my father passed in January. There is no amount of money too great for this ring. I added photos so you can see how poorly this ring was done, every jeweler I've spoken with said they would not return my ring to me like this. The stone they lost, I went to pick up my ring and was told the jeweler forgot to put the stone in. Why was my ring not inspected before it was put in a bag as completed? The ruby was not in the bag and they only told me it was lost thr next day, because the color did not match and they had to order a new ruby. THE COLOR STILL DOES NOT MATCH! In the sun you can see how pink the stone is compared to the others. And the ruby below the ruby they replaced has been chipped in the same spot the prong lays on the stone they replaced. This ring is "well loved", it is almost 20 years old. But none of my stones were chipped when I brought it in. There was no mention of a chipped stone when it was brought in. I know there are no photos of a chipped stone because my stone WAS NOT CHIPPED! The prong that broke was on the opposite side of the ring. I've included a photo of how my ring looked before it was brought in. I am devastated this all happened. I'm angry how this was handled. Every jeweler was surprised this was Oz's work and so am I. I will be taking this as far as I can. I'm an accountant, I have money Melissa and the ring you messed up means more to me than you will ever know.

I lost a stone from my wedding band and of course I was heart broken. Dropped off my ring along…read morewith a replacement diamond to Oz and got a phone call the very next day that it was fixed and ready to pick up. He checked and replace all the prongs on all my diamonds because he noticed they were very worn (been on my finger for 30 years!) so he replace all 12 prongs as well as setting the new stone. And cleaned the ring too. I was overjoyed when I got it back because it literally looked brand new. All the scratches on the gold were buffed out and it looked fantastic. Price was extremely reasonable and the turn around time was phenomenal! Oz has been my families go to jeweler for 35 years. I can't imagine getting anything new or having a repair done anywhere but with him. The entire staff is absolutely awesome! Highly recommend Oz's jewelers for that special piece you're looking for. If he doesn't have it he will make it or find it..and everything is top quality!
