SO many so-called antique stores are little more than glorified flea markets. Grover's is the real deal, filled and well-staged with genuine antiques. Stuff I've never seen elsewhere. My favorite thing to look for is antique clocks. I bought one here, and they had others I wish I could have bought. Even so, their prices are quite reasonable in my opinion. The lady behind the counter, Brenda (she only works on Mondays), was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I will most definitely be going back for a return visit.

They don't deal in clothing. Instead they buy and sell furniture and accessories for the home.They offer pickup and delivery. The owner was very nice and informative to talk to. Just wanted to post about this place to make everyone aware. If I could give this place negative…read morestars, I would. My granddaughters and I went to Mike D's Antiques and Estates in Gastonia on 321. The owners were extremely rude and racist. They followed us around the store, talking down to us. He began to talk about how one of the booth owners was moving to England and proceeded to make a horrible comment about Mexicans. My granddaughter calmly told him that it was offensive and she did not appreciate it because she is Mexican. He said "I know", got defensive and continued to make racist comments. They then told us to leave and not come back. They are very nasty people. Would not recommend.
