I would give you no stars but that is not an option. I purchased a Wulf Pup 17JG in late January of this year. I attempted to take delivery on March 26th. After the connections were made to my tow vehicle and the brakes were tested I left. A mile down I86 I was flagged down by a trucker. When I pulled over the brakes were smoking on both wheels. I called the dealership and the tech. was dispatched to my location. He assured me that what happened was "normal". He tried to convince me that I could make it another 50 miles home if he just adjusted the brake controller. I refused. To begin with I was sold too much RV for my tow vehicle. And this was a concern that I had going into the sale. Long story shorter I went out and bought a bigger tow vehicle that is rated at 7700lbs instead of 5000lbs. I came back to get the Wulf Pup on April 14th and was assured the brakes were fixed. This time after connecting up the truck the slide would not go out. One side would start to go out and the other would not. I was initially told by my sales guy Craig that it was just out of adjustment and service would fix it. After the service guy tore half the slide apart he said it was either a bad motor from the factory or a rubber piece that was missing. Either way 1-4 weeks to fix it. I talked to the General Manager, Jason, and said I wanted my money back. He refused. I wanted to upgrade then to a different camper. The only thing that they had was a new unit that did not fit my budget. I went to Meyer's RV and gave them my sad story. They treated me respect and concern. I purchased a used 2019 RV from them and they gave me a decent amount of trade for my never ever used "used" RV. Today (April 15th) I came to pick up my Wulf Pup from Wilken's. It was 38 degrees outside and raining. No one came out to assist me or wish me well or anything. I will NEVER shop another Wilken's RV store and will share my story with any interested party that will listen. Sorry, I thought I responded to your survey months ago. We were very happy with the final results of our trailer purchase. All the people there are so very nice and helpful. It took several months to finalize the purchase, but we understand it was no fault of Wilkins as it was a Pennsylvania DMV problem, but finally we were able to get it registered and we were able to take it home. We love our trailer, although, we have not taken it anywhere, so it sits in our yard for now, but we have slept it it and got the full experience of it comfort and have made plans to take it out next month for a trip. We looked at a couple of campers at the show that was held at the Bath location. We absolutely loved the Grand Design Solitude 2930RL, but the unit had been sold. Awhile later we received a phone call from Mark Piscitelli to inquire if we were still interested in the 2930RL. There were no units available but Mark recommended ordering and we are so glad we did! We are happy with our choice and would highly recommend Mark Piscitelli as he went above and beyond to get everything done during covid and is as nice as they come!! I would also like to say that everyone that we dealt with at Wilkins Bath location were friendly and do an awesome job. We are glad we decided to purchase our unit from Wilkins Bath location. Be very careful when buying used from this place. I bought a used pop-up that they either pulled from a landfill or bought at auction. It was a total POS. The water tank was filled with stagnant water, the sewage tank was filled with waste, the refrigerator did not work, knobs on the stove were broken, and the tent part of the camper was covered with mold. I was dumb enough to take their word when they told me they had inspected and repaired everything. I spent three vacations dealing with this place and finally traded it for a hard shell from a more reputable dealer. read more

My wife and I were in the market to buy our first RV we looked at dozens of RV's at many different stores. We made the hour and a half drive out to Wilkens bath. They had what seemed like hundreds of RV's and the staff was amazing with in a couple hours shopping we found our first RV. Horrible experience. Service at Wilkins of Cicero is incompetent and unwilling to assist new rv owners. Wilkins is a nightmare scenario for rv newbies! They do not care! Once they make the sale, you're out the door w a swift kick to the behind! STAY AWAY FROM WILKINS!!!! If I could do it over, I would. I tell EVERYBODY Wilkins is the WORST!!!
