This is our second trailer and I must say that this buying experience was light years better than the first! From our salesman Alex who gave us a Facetime tour of the unit in the freezing cold to the maintenance crew that had to change a tire on the trailer with no notice - they went out of their way to help. I was most impressed by the organization - when we arrived they were totally ready for us and we started the orientation right away - no standing around waiting. And when a soft tire on the trailer was found to have a screw in it, they changed the tire immediately and sent us on our way! I would totally buy from them again - even with the three hour drive - they are SO much better than any dealer locally.

We traveled from Missouri to New York to purchase an RV from Meyer's RV and trusted the promises…read moremade during the sales process. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale was marked by repeated delays, unfulfilled commitments, and poor follow-through. Among our concerns were a promised reimbursement check that required repeated requests, questions regarding paid-for protection services, registration-related issues, and a general lack of urgency in resolving customer concerns after the contract was signed. The difference between a good dealership and a bad one is not whether problems arise--it's how they respond when they do. In our case, we felt valued while purchasing the RV but largely ignored afterward. We have maintained documentation of our communications and would strongly encourage prospective buyers to carefully review all paperwork, verify every promised service, and obtain written confirmation of anything discussed verbally. We expected accountability and customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

They offered me a complete wash and wax which I agreed to. They had it for 3 weeks which I thought was a reasonable amount of time. They called me the end of the second week and gave me a progress report and said they would have it finished next week..I called on Monday of the next week and told them I wanted to pick it up and Friday they looked at their schedule and said I definitely could pick it up Friday since the wash and wax was all that was left to do. I showed up Friday morning they couldn't find my paperwork and when they did I found out the wash and wax never done. Since I lived 100 miles away I said forget it. I was disappointed at the least. I should have called Wednesday to check but I didn't. Their facility is brand new and impressive but that scores no points with me.. Poor management and disappointed in the outcome. I would use them again but with the caveat to check before picking it up. 2 stars is all I could muster!!!

At the time of purchase, the dealership promised the following would be addressed and covered under warranty: * A gas tank system issue * A malfunctioning driver screen * A roof issue (potential leak or structural defect) In addition, we were promised temporary license plates so we could legally operate the vehicle. To date, none of these obligations have been fulfilled. We have made repeated attempts to follow up by phone, and while initial communication was courteous, all recent efforts have been ignored, with no call-backs or resolution offered. We are filing complaints now to all possible agencies.

I bought a 2020 pioneer in Caledonia New York. I paid for a prep which I personally think prep…read moreshould be already done without paying for it but I paid for prep. I bought the five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. It was delivered. AC kicked out. I realized that the water tank would not work on Electric only propane, I complained they came out a week or so later (the service guy is very nice) and the temperature went way down into the 30s so in order to see if the AC was working right he had to put the furnace on, the furnace was broken so he had to fix the furnace and it needed a computer board. He had to fix the hot water tank on the electric side. These things should've been found in prep, granite moving things around something things come disconnected, but a service guy doesn't see something disconnected and sees it doesn't work it's broke. I had a problem with the AC again. It popped the main breaker as the pole. I was told it was the campsite problem not the camper so the maintenance guy came put a brand new breaker in, fast-forward two weeks in between it was cool didn't really need AC, this past week it was hot. I was stupid and didn't come check it during the week during the day but I work from 6 to 6 in daycare five days a week, so I have a long weekend coming up and come out no AC at all, main breakers fine because microwave is working so it's not the breaker. I tried even the fan part of the AC nothing, I have no AC it's 90° outside either I pack up and go home and ruin my Fourth of July weekend or stay in a hot box. My call to Meyers went to the.GM service was closed, general manager said well it happens I said but I already complained about AC having a problem and they wouldn't believe me the person at the service place. Robin was screaming at me telling me it wasn't the camper. It was the breaker well guess what, it wasn't a breaker I am not happy at all. I paid $1500 for prep the wanted $2000 I said that was ridiculous. $1500 for the prep and I paid about 17,000+ tax and a warranty for my camper for it to constantly have issues. These aren't all the issues, I've have had many other smaller issues. These are three main issues after them supposedly prepping it that I paid for.
