I loveeee Dr. Warner. I suggest him to all of our friends. He's been my sons doctor for 3 years (he's 4) and is my daughters doctor (4 months). However I wouldn't suggest them anymore. I just had an issue and had to change an appointment time for my 4 month olds 4 month appointment. The receptionist told me she couldn't get her in until October. I don't know how they would expect to just skip a 4 month appointment and vaccines. The receptionist seemed nonchalant about it. I understand he is booked but that seemed wild to me, and there is no cancellation list. I honestly asked if we needed to move somewhere else because I can't go to a ped that can't see my kids, and she responded "well that's up to you". So we will be scheduling and moving some place else. If they can't fit her In for vaccines I'm not sure what they would do if she was ill. So unfortunate because Dr. Warner is an excellent doctor and has been so helpful and understanding. read more

We have been taking our kids here since 2008. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jeremy Warner. When we first came to practice we saw Dr. James Wilkes. While he is knowledgable, I personally did not care for his personality. He doesn't seem to show much much care for his patients ( quick check and diagnosis )and on occasion was quite condescending . I talked with a friend who said she too had first see Dr. Wilkes and also felt that way and she switched doctors. I thought maybe I should too. Dr Warner is Whole different story! He is kind, caring and great with all our children. He also makes sure all our questions / concerns are taken care of before he leaves the room. Since we've been going a third dr. Has joined the practice, Dr. Kerry Wilkes. We have had the pleasure of seeing her a few times when Dr. Warner has been out and she is very kind and a great addition to the practice. I'd like to also add that all the nurses and desk staff are very sweet too! Overall a great pediatricians office! The waiting room is really adorable too. Just make sure you see dr. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Warner. He has seen both our kids since birth and is always patient, knowledgeable and makes parents feel at ease. Even when the office is really busy he takes his time to hear your concerns. The office staff is friendly and same-day and weekend appointments are available for sick visits. read more

The doctors are not too bad (they give you prescription easily if you ask for it) but some of the staff are so rude and impatient, and the worst is the billing. And everything is paper here, very outdated. The statements are impossible to read as the items are not organized in any order and it makes it easy for them to double charge the patients. Two months ago I got a bill that was so messed up and I called the office. The billing staff told me the billing I see is not what they see. They can't find what's on my statement and then told me I had a 80 dollars credit. I had then moved my kids to UK Pediatrics and this office never sent my credit to me. I called today to ask about the credit, the lady on the line says I don't have any credit. read more

This office is amazing. My OB suggested this practice when I was pregnant with my now 2 year old son. I'm so glad, we see Dr. Wilkes and love him. He gives me other ideas other then medicines all the time. Answers all my questions and my son responds and takes to him very well. If I just need advice or have a question I contact the office and it is answered fast and friendly. Another perk to this office is they are available on the weekends! I would recommend this practice to everyone! They have a very cool play room and waiting area. Each office room is also decorated different so it does not give off a standard/ typical doctor office. read more
