We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

Sean from Brums was so patient, and helped with multiple requests from BMW to have the repair retroactively covered. This was months after the fact, and I'm not sure many repair shops would have taken so much time to help. If my car needs service, this is where it will continue to go!

I'd just finished paying when one said to the other something like, "Oh shit, there's N***s," referring to a truck that just pulled in from a local business I don't want to fully name. The unnamed local company probably gives them regular business based off the fact that they clearly knew who they were at the mere sight of their truck. At first, I thought the crew of the company was probably friends to the Pine Hill cashiers, and that they just liked giving the workers a hard time. But then, as I was walking out the door, the cashier said (very clearly and with a sarcastic tone), "South of the border crew!" The truck that had pulled in had four or five men in it--they all looked to be Hispanic, though who knows. To me, this was clearly a racist/bigoted comment. Absolutely despicable, I truly couldn't believe it. I won't be going there again.
