When I got in my car this morning to run errands my car would not start. It was my day off and I…read morehave to work on Saturday. So I checked out Paul's website and he great review's. I called Paul and he came right out and put a new starter in car. He was very professional I knew what the problem was right away . I will not only call Paul again when I need Auto Repair but I will also recommend them to everyone I know.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Paul's Mobile Care…read more I originally paid $100 for a diagnostic. I was told all six fuel injectors were bad and needed to be replaced. After waiting about a week for parts, the mechanic finally came to complete the work. During the repair, he zip tied the fuel rail inside the intake manifold, which later caused an intake leak. After the job was "completed," my vehicle immediately ran worse than before and continued misfiring. I was told the injectors "just needed to be ran." After driving it around the block, the issue was still obvious. The mechanic then changed his diagnosis and claimed it was a bad spark plug, even though all spark plugs and coils had already been replaced beforehand. He swapped one spark plug and claimed the issue was fixed. It was not. For months afterward, the vehicle still ran poorly. Attempts to contact him resulted in little to no follow-up. I eventually had another mechanic perform a deep inspection, and I was shown that the fuel injectors still had the original dealer/manufacturer markings on them -- meaning they had never actually been replaced. When confronted, Paul initially claimed the injectors came from O'Reilly Auto Parts and that he DID replace all six. After I explained that manufacturer-marked injectors would not still be present if they had been replaced, his story changed multiple times. I paid: * $100 diagnostic fee * $800 quoted repair * $900 actually paid for the repair Total: $1,000 The injectors were never replaced, the vehicle was damaged further by an intake manifold leak caused during the repair, and no refund or serious effort to correct the situation has been offered. Instead, I was eventually told to "have a good life" and that it was not his problem. I strongly recommend getting detailed invoices, keeping documentation, and seeking a second opinion before allowing this business to work on your vehicle.
