I brought my vehicle to Palm Coast Auto for brake work. It had 160,000 miles and a transmission…read morethat had never been serviced--a history they knew about. They recommended a transmission flush but didn't explain the potential risks or warn me that problems could follow. The transmission went into failure immediately afterward. When I raised my concern, they blamed me for not having the transmission serviced sooner, even though they already knew it had never been serviced. Given the mileage and service history, recommending the flush without discussing the risks felt reckless. I was disappointed by both the advice and how they handled the outcome. I'd suggest getting a second opinion before approving additional services they recommend.

I was doing the leg work calling around!", getting pricing, and trying to find a tire shop close to him because the tires were so bad he had he couldn't drive far! I accidentally came across e&s and honestly these folks were so accommodating, willing to work with us on pricing and they ended up putting him in 4 brand new tires for not much more than what we were willing to spend for the used ones! They promptly ordered the new tires and as soon as they came in they had his car at the shop putting on the new tires. These guys saved the day for us! I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to any one looking for good tires at the right price!

I found the right guy!…read more When my 2015 Nissan Armada suddenly wouldn't go into gear, I was immediately worried about what was wrong--especially because I'm leaving for Virginia in just a few days for a funeral. I found Michael's Mobile Care, and I'm so glad I did! Michael came out within hours, exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. He arrived just before 5:00, and it had already been raining for about 20 minutes. I honestly thought for sure he might not come out in that weather, but he showed up right on time and simply said that a little rain wasn't going to stop him. He knew exactly what was wrong, quickly assessed the problem, and figured out what part he needed. He left around 5:00 to get the part and said he'd be back in about an hour. While he was gone, the rain went from bad to an absolute downpour! But just after 6:00, Michael showed back up with the part in hand, still working in the pouring rain. He had my Armada fixed quickly and actually left it working better than it had been before. And after everything he did, he charged me a more than reasonable price. I was stressed and worried about my vehicle and the timing of my trip, but Michael completely took that worry away. He saved the day when I really needed someone to come through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael's Mobile Care, and I will absolutely call him again in the future if I need anything. Thank you, Michael, for going above and beyond and saving the day! You're the real deal!

Another local shop made the problem even worse and refused to take responsibility. In desperation, I called Del's--and I'm so glad I did. Everyone at Del's was incredibly kind, honest, and communicative. They explained what might need attention in the future without any pressure to fix everything that day. They identified the real issue (which had nothing to do with what the previous shop claimed) and repaired it for less than half of the other shop's estimate. Del's has definitely gained a few loyal new customers. We are so grateful for your professionalism, honesty, and excellent service!
