Before they would send me a new one I had to return the old one which defeats the purpose of convenience. The 2nd time I checked the bag before I left the parking lot. The box of ziploc bags was obviously opened. Fortunately I was able to flag down an employee who exchanged it right away, but this also proves that they had more in stock. That's not incompetence, that's indifference. Never going back. I would add photos, but Yelp requires access to my mic.

I found myself actually going back for a second round before I left the mall. Zara, H&M and the Childrens place had nothing for me. All of their winter stuff was picked over and gone. However, this was not my fault; it was entirely the store's fault. If an item is out of stock, they should inform the customer upfront--or, alternatively, they should simply remove that item from their product catalog.

Towson requires more surface street driving and 2 highways, plus Towson is more of an insane mall than Columbia, but I digress. Towson's A&F is neat and clean, and has that fresh smell about it. I've not yet seen a sales associate on the floor so no one ever speaks to me when I enter or exit the store, but the folks behind the registers are friendly enough and either return my item or bring me my item efficiently. On the rare occasions I buy an A&F item online and need to pick it up or return it, I'll be back to this place, no question.
