However, I had the utmost luxury of attending a wedding here at Stone Bridge Farm over the weekend. The grounds were nothing shy of picturesque. From the Southern-style chapel to the elegant banquet hall, which housed the wedding reception, it's apparent why couples choose to get hitched at Stone Bridge. There's a restaurant on site, which interestingly enough is only open on Thursdays. I'm sure Stone Bridge utilizes the site for an array of events. The hardwood floors are merely the tip of the iceberg compared to the remainder of the old-fashioned architecture. Do yourself a favor and check out the grounds for yourself.

When I toured with my fiance, we asked about packages and pricing WITH alcohol and were told one price with an added security guard fee. So naturally, we put down a deposit to save our date. I drove 3 hours down to the venue to sign the contract and pay the remaining balance. When I got there the daughter of who I thought was the owner told me the alcohol package is an additional $800 which was never previously mentioned. I may not have booked a deposit here had I known that since there was a cheaper option. The woman then told me they had sold the venue. No mention of it being for sale when I toured. They also took over a month to deposit my check. There have been several little issues as well. Needless to say, its beautiful but unless the new owner has her crap together, I won't be recommending this venue. My wedding day went smoothly but because of my wedding planner and I barely saw the venue staff. The morning of my wedding, my planner arrived and was told we never purchased the alcohol package. After I went through all the hoops to get it, I had to send in my photos on my contract where it was listed, in addition to my bank statements verifying payment to the venue. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, however I can not recommend it. The staff did nothing. In the contract their version of "set up and tear down" is you and your bridal party moving chairs in between the ceremony and reception as well as having to set up and take down all center pieces. I was also told after my wedding, that the staff were not prepared for my planner upon the 7am access time to the venue per my contract. They also lied repetitively about what decor could and could not come down. On my final walk though a month before my wedding, I was told a giant ugly green wall could come down and the morning of my wedding, my planner was informed it could not and I had the green eyesore for my entire ceremony and reception. When my fiancé and I first toured in January we were told the awkward deer heads could come off the walls and on the final walkthrough were informed they had since been bolted into the walls and could not in fact, come down. If you have a dedicated planner willing to deal with difficult owners who do not care about their clients and want a non-barn wedding venue in the area, by all means book here. Just expect a ridiculous amount of sass and turbulence from the ownership and staff. Also don't trust a word they say, and get EVERYTHING in writing because they change their story every time you speak with them. They also took down my and my husband's Google reviews to hide the fact that they are SCAMMERS.

The venue is absolutely stunning. She has created a venue that has everything you need. We loved spending the night with my bridesmaids in the bridal suite. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The area to get ready in is perfect and has so much room. The guys loved hanging in the groomsmen room and playing pool and games. Plus the catering was delicious- I highly recommend the chicken Alfredo. All in all this place is where your wedding dreams come true and I recommend it to everyone.

Have you removed the lid of the toilet lately and seen the contraption these folks are required to use in new construction....It's gonna break and it's ridiculous.

They have a concession stand that you can purchase food and the prices are really cheap for each item. I ended up getting nachos which is only $3 and a bottle of soda that's only a $1. My only complaint is that the venue wasn't light enough to take clear pictures and most of them I had to end up deleting.
