She thought grey blending was the best way to get the white / platinum hair I wanted since I am so grey already and in one visit I went from blonde highlights and brown dye with constant root touchups to beautiful white hair growing naturally at top and sides and she blended that to ends and under with no damage to my hair . I'm so happy with my color and so glad I didn't have to wait months for it to grow out ! Ya ya is very creative , talented , fast and so sweet , she's also very busy and that's obviously because she's great at what she does . she does nails and cuts just as well too . I thought I might have to drive to St. Augustine or Orlando for a good haircut since Palm Coast…read moreseems to be lacking in fashion and beauty (and restaurants by the way!) I found Tranquility tucked away a block from Flagler Beach. It's a cute little place with a young (early 30's?) owner. I came in for a cut and highlights- brightening up my look as I was getting married in a week. The girls working were young and pretty, with well-kept hair but not that over-processed, over-attended hairdresser hair. The anxiety of a new salon melted away and I felt comfortable and confident I'd get a good cut here. I was booked with Ashlee, who cut and colored my hair perfectly and with ease and confidence. I can be kind of particular about layers in my hair, but Ashlee was perfect. While I was there I heard another lady complimenting the owner about previous haircuts she had done. I will definitely be back.

We also discussed a transitioin plan based on my hair goals with his priority of using the most healthiest methods to get there. What's funny is that while the salon YELP reviews were good, I could not find many pictures or followers on their Instagram or Facebook of which I normally use as a deciding factor if I'm going to try a place for the first time or not. For some reason, I just felt comfortable after Alex called me back to book an appointment. In fact, out of four salons I called, he was the only one who returned mt call. - Customer Service matters! While Alex has been the owner of this salon for approximately four years, owning a salon is not new to him. In fact, he owned a couple in Italy in his earlier years. I would highly recommend Alexander Studio Salon!
