I have my hair cut twice by a Latin heritage female stylist. The most recent at 11 am 1/2/26. the stylist cannot follow simple instructions. Unsure if a language barrier exists. Both cuts were not to my request. I allowed the stylist a second chance, but she failed again. read more

Been to this Great Clips many of times and have not had an issue with this location yet. Jazz was my stylist today and she did a great job with my haircut. It was a simple buzz cut to prepare for the Florida heat but she gave me great advice with the style I wanted and what numbers would blend well with shaving my hair off. It's nice having someone who takes pride in their job and takes care of their customers. This is a walk in location so my advice is to check what the wait time is online and if seems kinda busy do the online check in so you don't have to wait as a long! read more

Went in for a haircut. They have a great process to check in on line, then drive over so there's no waiting...Chelsea was the stylist assigned to me and she did an awesome job! Was very cool to see someone take their time and anticipate how my hair would grow out and cut it so it didn't look like the mess it was when I walked in next time. My mother, aged 93, had her hair cut recently by Danny at this location. There was a woman sitting in a nearby chair and my mom said she would like her hair cut in the same style as hers. Danny said he could do that. My mom also mentioned that she had cowlicks and Danny told her that wouldn't be a problem. However, during the lengthy cutting session, Danny managed to shave my mom's head too short. It wasn't styled to be shaved, but he kept cutting and cutting, and she ended up with two significant bald spots, one on each side of her head. There wasn't enough hair to cover it up. Being the classy lady my mom is, she paid for the cut (which Danny admitted he cut too short) and even gave him a tip. But she said it is the worst haircut she has received in her lifetime, and she is beyond humiliated to go out in public, and especially misses attending church. She wrote a letter to the manager of the establishment, but has yet to hear back. If we could give this a zero star, we would. read more

Poor customer service right off the bat. Used on-line reservations and it doesn't respond for time and reservation. Went to the facility and they mentioned it takes 15 minutes. The system never responds. Walked in on a later date with no-one waiting. The lady said I'd be next. Twenty minutes and Two more customers came in and bypassed me. Nothing said and or mentioned that I'd continue to get bumped or be seated for a cut. Seemed a bit curt and rude to ignore a customer and I damn sure wasn't planning to sit in stand-by all day. I decided to just calmly leave and take my business elsewhere. I've gotten a good scissor cut there before but based on the results of the cuts I witnessed this am, using shears and a comb, I could do the same thing with a flow-bee. read more

Two of us came over for the first time and were unpleasantly surprised about the rules of Great Clip - can't get the stylist you had recommended to you, 40 min wait. No business cards etc. Plus there were only 2 girls there on a Friday afternoon and one was being receptionist. I know Covid could be responsible for this but there Was No Reason for the receptionis/stylist to be abrupt and rude to us. My boyfriend and I went here to get haircuts. I do want to say that the ladies were very friendly, but I have never been so disappointed in a hair salon in my entire life. I feel like this place cared more about getting customers in and out than quality of the cut. They did not clean off the chair before my boyfriend sat down. They made me stand because my hair was "too long". My hair goes down to my mid back. I've never heard of this before. They then didn't ask how I parted my hair and just parted it down the middle before cutting. They didn't blow dry my soaking wet hair, or even style it. My boyfriends hair is extremely uneven. I took my elderly mother to get her hair trimmed. She got a great cut by a very patient and understanding person. We will be back.

We made a phone 8/21 prior to deciding to make a appointment to confirm a price for a Senior man's haircut which we asked to include cutting his mustache (not a beard) and his eyebrows. The clerk put me on hold to get the total price and told us that the price would be $14.00 and that would include the eye brow and the mustache trim. We then walked in a few days later and were told it was best to make our appt online. We then made the appt online and came back the next day. We let the clerk know exactly what was needed and the price we were quoted and then the clerk told us that the senior man's haircut and his mustache (which they were still calling a beard, quite a difference between a mustache and beard cut in our opinion) and then we would told upon arrival that it would be $19.00 plus tip and that wouldn't include the eyebrows as that now would be additional. She did not want to hear what her staff or maybe herself had told us. My husband kept the appt and only had a haircut and his mustache trimmed as the way we were being treated was very upsetting. The lady that cut his hair did a really nice job (and was tipped accordingly) but unf we will never be back again as we felt the person who checked my husband in was extremely rude and didn't want to hear what we had just been told a few days prior on the phone. It would be really nice and def. more professional if the owner, manager, staff could all be on the same page when they are quoting prices on their services. read more

The haircut I received at Great Clips is the worst haircut I think I've ever gotten. The young woman with knuckle tattoos who cut my hair was nice but the haircut she gave me was not at all what I asked for. It's also patchy, uneven and makes me look ridiculous. I have been using this Great Clips for over 4 years, but after what happened yesterday and what was done to my nine-year old daughter I will never step foot into this location EVER again!! I recommend you go somewhere else, especially if Linda is working!! Not only did she hack the crap out of my daughter's hair, but she was beyond rude!! After how she treated me when I showed her a picture I should have asked for someone else! My daughter told me afterwards that she kept saying "ouch!" and "that hurts!" but she ignored her! I was getting my hair done by someone else and couldn't hear her. She massacred my daughter's hair to the point she was crying saying she didn't want to go to school! The only shining moment in all of this was taking her to the Hair Cuttery and finding the most wonderful and gentle hairdresser around who saved my daughter's hair and brought a smile back to my daughter's face!! Done with Great Clips. I won't allow cookies so I do not sign in on line. They won't let you call in so I showed up today about 12:45 PM. I was at the time I walked in 3rd in line for my favorite stylist. After she cut 2 heads, I was still 3rd in line and one person who was in front of me in line left because they kept letting people who signed up online cutting in front of the customers. A guy was told he was 2nd in line left and went next door to eat lunch. When he came back from lunch 45 minutes later they told him he was now 4th in line. He said no way because he sign in online and then they made him 2nd in line. A few minutes later a new customer came in and they moved me back another position in the line and that's when I got up and waved goodbye. I got in my car and drove across the street to Dom's barber shop, walked in, and sat down in a chair immediately. I got as good a cut as I every had with Great cut and like I said in the beginning, I am done with Great Clips. read more

First experience--- I personally checked in online hoping for someone to put a few curls in my hair before a Christmas party-- I arrived after waiting my allotted time and was brushed off-- I said "would just like to know what a quick style will cost me before I sit here and wait longer." The girl with half a head of hair (other shaved) said 65$. I left. So my husband went in today-- waited WAY longer than the online check-in predicted and the same girl basically shaved his head without asking what he wanted. Not impressed. read more

These people are horrible don't waste your time. I took my kids and they left like if they didn't get a haircut. I asked the girl Trey to shape up the hair a little bit and she told me they are not barbers and said it with an attitude. Both my kids hair look horrible. I have been going to great clips for a long time and moved to palm coast and decided to try this location but I will never ever go there again. They made me feel horrible and my kids felt so uncomfortable. What made me more upset is that they were doing a fade and shape up on another person and told me they could not do it because they were not barbers I wasn't asking for a professional shape up but a clean up around the hair after they cut it would be nice. I have never seen anyone get a haircut and leave all the edges uneven the way they did. I know it's not great clips that is the problem it is the people working there. They messed up my kids hair and their attitude was just horrible. There was another teen getting a haircut and he was there before we got there and was still there after we left. They took their time with him but that is how quickly they did my kids so you can only imagine the horrible job they did. If it wasn't because of privacy issues I would post pics of the horrible job they did on my boys. I hope this review helps someone out and they don't waste their time on this location and if you do make sure you don't get Trey (not sure if that's how you spell her name) because like she said she is not a barber.
