I submitted with out 6-7 online latch companies and for 10 patches most quoted over $175! Quality patch sent me back a price list and for the patch I was wanting was $112 for 20 patches. So far the best price!! And I liked the fact they were in SoCal. But I read lots of the reviews and I was very skeptical because some said they outsourced their work. Well, that's America nowadays. It wasn't much money so I took a chance with them. Right away they sent a picture of a sample latch and it looked great. They were very prompt on emails and answered my questions. And they sent a PayPal link which was nice because PayPal can guarantee a goods and services order. I was certain this order may take a while because of the other complaints on yelp. Again, not much money and I had time to wait. I paid on 2/19/24. The package arrived 8 days later!!! And all the patches look great. I'm happy this was a great experience because I want more patches made for work projects and it's nice to know I have a spot that can handle it.

To be clear: The package was never delivered, there was no proof of contact, and yet the solution was to destroy the order and offer no replacement and no refund. Shipping issues happen. What matters is how a company responds. Quality Patches chose to hide behind internal policy rather than take responsibility or advocate for their customer. That alone speaks volumes about how they operate when problems arise. Buyer beware: if anything goes wrong with shipping, this company will not stand behind their product, and the customer absorbs the loss. We will not be using them again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
