Been coming here for a few years. I love the service I get from all of the staff. Especially, Star and Lance.

Biscuits and gravy was pretty good for $1.49 plus tax!!! Staff were good for mid afternoon. Wildfire had a feel of a dessert mountain range lodge. I think if they had a stone and natural gas fireplace it would be so cool. Good for a quickie!!!! :)

The room accommodations were a major highlight. The bed and pillow combination was the most comfortable I have ever experienced, and I really enjoyed the bathroom, which featured excellent water pressure in both the tub and shower. Dining was also a success--the street tacos, nachos, and ramen were delicious, and our breakfast of muffins, bagels, and coffee was spot on. The staff throughout the resort were amazing, and although the pool was a bit crowded, it was kept very clean. While we had a wonderful time, there were some lapses in room service that need improvement. Unfortunately, our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay: the table was not cleared after our room service meal, there was some trash left on the floor, and the bathtub had not been properly scrubbed. Additionally, we had to call for a refill on basic items like napkins. Despite those housekeeping oversights, we had a great time and are already planning our return to this hotel!

We were so excited to bring our family this time to celebrate my daughter-in-law's 21st birthday because we've always loved staying here. Unfortunately, this trip was very different. Before we arrived, we requested adjoining rooms. We completely understand that those aren't always available, so we also let the front desk know that being on the same floor would be fine. We checked in around 9:00 a.m. and mentioned it again. At that time, we were told it didn't seem like it would be a problem since we had checked in so early. We spent the day at Stadium Swim, which is one of our favorite things about staying at Circa. We love the atmosphere and especially the in-water couches. The only downside was that our waitress wasn't very friendly, which was disappointing. At the end of the day, we paid our bill. Neither my husband nor I had our reading glasses with us, so we didn't notice until we got back to our room that we had been charged for an extra bucket of drinks. We tried calling the front desk using the Alexa in our room, but it wasn't working. My husband ended up walking all the way back down to the pool to explain the situation. The first response he received from the manager was basically that there was nothing they could do because we should have caught the mistake before our card was charged. We were honestly surprised by that. That's not the kind of customer service we've experienced at Circa before. After talking it through, the manager did agree to credit the amount toward our spending at the pool the next day, and we appreciated that. The room situation was another disappointment. We didn't get adjoining rooms, we weren't on the same floor, and we weren't even in the same elevators. We went back to the front desk to see if anything could be done, and the response was basically, "Sorry." There wasn't any effort to find another solution, which was frustrating. As for the Alexa, we mentioned it to one of the housekeepers. She agreed it looked broken and called someone from maintenance. He came up, confirmed the cord was bad, radioed someone, and then we never heard anything else. Later, we stopped by the front desk again, and they said they would put in a maintenance ticket. The next afternoon, someone called my cell phone around 2:00 while we were at the pool. I didn't have my phone with me, so I didn't see the missed call until much later that evening. I assumed someone would simply repair the Alexa while housekeeping was cleaning the room, but when we got back that night, the Alexa still wasn't fixed, and our room hadn't been serviced either, even though our Do Not Disturb sign wasn't on. This trip was supposed to be a special celebration for our family, and we chose Circa because we've always had such great experiences here. Instead, we left disappointed. It wasn't just one issue--it was several little things that added up, along with customer service that didn't feel like the Circa we've come to know. I'm sharing this because we've always enjoyed staying at your hotel and truly hope this was just an off weekend. We'd love to continue coming back, but this experience simply didn't live up to the level of service we've always expected from Circa.

The thing that bothered me the most is that they got rid of what made Durango so gorgeous and unique, which is the fact that it had a lot of natural light coming in through both types of the Casino's giant glass doors, now all of that is sealed off, making it look like a warehouse. While we were here this time we indulged in some ice cream and really enjoyed the hand made ice cream. It really tasted handmade with bits of real strawberries in it. Last time we were here it was a special occasion and we went all out. We walked all though the strip just to get here to ride the gondola. Boy was that fun. No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. Maybe even walk around the quaint streets and have some ice cream after your ride.

For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!

The chicken wings were especially good -- I recommend the plain, well-done wings; they were spot on. The green beans, however, were disappointing. There's a massive walk-in shower and a two-person soaking tub positioned next to a window overlooking the Strip and the bedroom. It's one of those little luxuries that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the room. Then there's the balcony. This is the Vegas view. Watching the Bellagio fountains from your own private terrace never gets old. There's a couch, a chair, and plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite afternoons was alternating between a cold soak in the tub and lounging on the warm patio in the desert sun. Honestly, it was better than a spa. Robes and towels are provided... whether you wear the robes is entirely up to you. Do yourself a favor before you arrive: bring your own coffee, favorite drinks, and a few snacks.
