It's filleted at the table on request (they ask). It was done beautifully. The parsley potatoes are a fine side. The cucumber salad needs a bit more vinegar, but otherwise fine. The apple strudel is fantastic. Don't miss it. We had a Wednesday reservation, but we would have got in anyway. The mains are the star of the meal, and make it worth the visit!
