Apparently there was a sign by the register on the counter (that someone was blocking when they were buying things) that said you have to pick up that day if you want cash for your items. Just walked in and was told they automatically did store credit and pointed out the sign. It's rare that I ever shop second hand for my daughter since she requires specific color combos on items and sizing that they never have. So I just donated 2 brand new helmets, a bat bag and a face mask for someone. Would have appreciated the employee taking an extra second to alert me to the policy instead of saying it was fine if I left. Will not be returning.
