However, I saw one other man, so I went to his location. I am glad I did, because Uptown Cheapskate had an amazing selection of business casual shirts for men. They were all clean, in good to excellent condition, and reasonably priced. For under $60 dollars, I walked out with five polo shirts and one $10 dollar athletic undershirt. UC also had an unexpected variety of men's dress shoes, Doc Martin boots, and Vans shoes. Frequently thrift store shoes are beaten up, scuffed, and missing 1/3 of the sole from use. The UC men's shoes were all in very good to exceptional condition. The ladies working there were nice even when it became busy.

This is the place to go if you're looking for unique, colorful and quality clothing items. The assortment of clothes is quite a bit considering it's relatively a small store. You will only find a couple of items in one size, so it's nothing like mass-produced clothing. There's also a wide range of clothing for different occasions - from dressy options to super casual ones. They have jeans, sweatshirts, cute tops and skirts as well as dresses. I noticed that they carry a lot of items from Aviator Nation. The style is a bit beach-y which makes sense since they describe it as a taste of California in midtown Tulsa. In addition to clothing, you will also find great items for gifts like bath bombs, beauty masks, nail polish, candles, body oil, and cute accessories. I ended up buying some of their jewelry because it's very minimalist and delicate, which I like. Finally, the staff was super friendly and attentive. Once I walk in, I see all kinds of eye catching colors & articles of clothing. Clothes on the left wall, right wall & right in the middle... plenty to choose from. What's funny is a day or so before the visit, I was telling myself how I wanted more buttoned short sleeved shirts & I found two at great prices. Both shirts were $10 a piece & there were other pieces I went back & forth on that averaged around $8-15. I look forward to coming back more often because I enjoyed a lot of selections that weren't in my size, which made me on the hunt for more of the inventory whenever it's updated. Shelby, the owner, was super nice. She was also telling us about a special they were having with certain discounts on jackets & sweaters. I felt safe there. No carts are available but they do have baskets and a holding station. There wasn't a dressing room. They do have a restroom. Large variety of items! And some nice furniture as well.
