I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Williams and his office. We mistakenly went to the…read moreoffice instead of the surgery center, which was an honest oversight, and ended up arriving about ten minutes late. Despite explaining the situation, we were told our appointment would not be honored. This was especially frustrating because I had flown in from out of town specifically for this visit, and my daughter had taken time off work to be there. Given the circumstances, I expected at least a little understanding or flexibility, but there was none. The lack of compassion and unwillingness to accommodate a minor delay made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend reconsidering how situations like this are handled in the future, as it reflects poorly on patient care.

One star. I would…read morenot recommend this office. My procedure was originally scheduled for 8:00 AM. The day before, they contacted me and said that time no longer worked for them. They tried to move me to 12:00 PM, even though I clearly explained that I had to work at 1:00 PM. I agreed to 11:30 AM only because I urgently need a tooth removed that is affecting my sinus area. Then when my work schedule made that time impossible and I needed to reschedule, they told me I would have to pay $250. So let me get this straight: they can change my appointment the day before because the original time no longer works for them, but when I need to reschedule after trying to accommodate their change, suddenly I owe $250? That makes absolutely no sense. I was flexible with them when they needed a schedule change, but I was shown no flexibility in return. Charging a patient $250 under these circumstances feels unreasonable and extremely poor customer service. If you expect your time to be respected and your situation to be handled fairly, I would seriously think twice before coming here.

Denison Dental Care - Dr. Katya is a miracle worker…read more I came in after being absolutely butchered by another dentist during a failed root canal, and I truly believe Dr. Katya saved my life. The infection was severe, but she handled it with the kind of precision, patience, and compassion you rarely see anymore. She and her assistant worked in perfect sync--gentle, steady, and so kind. Every so often, one of them would softly touch my shoulder just to check that I was okay. That simple human care meant everything when I was in pain and terrified. And it didn't stop there. I received follow-up calls from both the office staff and Dr. Katya herself over the next two days to make sure I was healing well. That kind of follow-through is unheard of. Denison Dental Care is extraordinary, and Dr. Katya is an angel in scrubs. I will recommend this office to every single friend, colleague, and anyone who needs a dentist who is truly exceptional.

And I'd recommend it for anyone who has a fear of dental work or is facing a lengthy repair. Getting all done at one time has made an enormous positive difference. Despite the extra cost, I'm so glad i chose the sedation. The dental work is excellent, and no aching jaw, no memory of hours in the dental chair. Thank you, Dr. H.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Toth. I (like many folks) have a general fear of…read moredentists... such that I go to one about once every two years or so. Mind you, I brush and floss like a madman in hopes I'll never get a cavity that would require a dental visit. Anyway, after hitting my self-imposed two year schedule for a dental visit I asked several of my coworkers for a recommendation for a dentist in Upper Arlington. Dr. Toth was recommended by two different people, so off I went. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room (long enough for me to fill out paperwork). My check up and cleaning went without a hitch. And.... no cavities!!! Also, I appreciated that Dr. Toth did not try to sell me on any cosmetic dental stuff or push extra services that I didn't need. But the biggest reason that I will always recommend Dr. Toth to anyone that will listen is the way he treated my son... My little boy is 3 years old and was scheduled for his first checkup and cleaning a week after my own. We brought him with me on my appointment so he could watch my check up and cleaning. Dr. Toth explained everything he was doing and showed him all the equipment. A week later, when we came back, Dr. Toth's staff was excellent with him and our visit went smoothly. Thank you Dr. Toth. My son and I will both see you in six months (yup, I'm breaking my two year rule.)

I had been a patient of the previous owner of this practice for years and experienced superior…read morecare. She sold the practice and I sadly have found that the quality of care is no longer consistent. At my last cleaning it was found that I had a significant undermined filling on a front tooth that will cost me the tooth and require an implant. Clearly something was missed during the prior cleaning and assessment six months prior for there to be such significant decay process now present. I changed dentists owing to this and it was further found that a crown on a molar was very significantly undercut by decay that given the extent of the decay had been present for some time. So their failure to detect this problem early, let alone at the last cleaning, will cost me another tooth and the cost of a bridge. Also note that at the prior cleaning there was no dentist in the office to assess things after the cleaning which seemed to me as inappropriate care. I was told that they were "watching" a couple spots. I now understand that "watching" functionally means waiting until something becomes more significant. Their failure has cost me two teeth and almost $10,000 in costs to resolve problems that should have never been allowed to progress. They are all over the charging part of the practice but clearly fall short with respect to quality service.

(Keep in mind this is a 100 mile 2 hour drive for me, There closer oral surgeons, but I've heard and seen horror stories at these places) So I arrive at his office on Broad Street after some fancy maneuvering to get around the construction. I walk in and this place is nicely decorated with good furnishings (for an office waiting room) I spoke with the secretary and after the necessary paperwork continued on with my consultation. Dr. Latham was extremely thorough, polite, and made sure I was well informed. After my first impression I decided I would return for the surgery. (visit 2) So as I mentioned before, as professional as Dr. Latham and staff are, I'm still nervous and know for sure this is going to be the worst experience ever....Wrong!!!!! It was amazing!!! Everyone was just as friendly as the last trip. I have a fear of needles, and am what they call a "hard stick" Dr. Latham nailed the I.V. insertion instantly. I never felt a thing through the whole procedure, and as the numbness wore off I have yet to feel any real pain. So far no need for painkillers. I find this amazing and give full credit to the doctor and his staff. I would recommend anyone needing an extraction to visit. Even if you have to drive halfway across the state as is my case.
