Enjoying our bottle of sky rider with good friends. Total 9/10 experience

Excellent wine. Knowledgeable sommelier and had great conversations with the owner, Micah, about vineyard and his wine making. Such a delightful experience!

    two bottles of cella wines

What a lovely winery. Good people and great local wine. We always come here when in Kingman to see what's new. Award winning wines.

    Fantastic !!!

Don't cut yourself short ...make the drive to Cella Winery, Carlos (proprietor & winemaker) has been in the wine industry with his family his entire life. Carlos is a third generation Argentinian winemaker ...for those familiar with Doffo Winery (Temecula, Ca) Carlos makes very similar wines. Standouts: Merlot Cab Malbec Winner goes to "2015 Private Reserve Malbec" ...they were ALL sincerely great, although their Malbec was special. SOOO DELICIOUS!! IF we would had known their was a legit winemaker in Kingman we would have paid Cella Winery a visit long ago! Carlos is extremely passionate about delivering great tasting smooth wines. *Note Cella Winery is the only winery in the area that makes their OWN wine. ENJOY

AMAZING! The wine is delicious, the owner is very personable and knowledgeable and the scenery is beautiful! It's a bit remote but worth the trip. I'd highly recommend visiting! Call before u go to make sure they are open.

Wonderful experience! We had a great time.

We had an absolutely amazing tasting experience. The owner is genuine and a true entrepreneur. I was so happy to support a small business, especially since the wine was second to none. I would definitely recommend driving out from Kingman. I would also recommend doing the 10-wine tasting versus 5... there are just some great tasting wines on the menu.

Omg!!! This place is an absolute blast! Beautiful tasting room that transports you to the best wine tasting regions. Delicious wines and very generous tasting fee. $5 for 5 tastes, including estate too! Love love love. Will be back for sure. Hopefully you get some alone time with Carlos, he not only had some great stories, but gave good advice too.

This is a beautiful vineyard and perfect back drop for a wedding. Their wine offerings are wonderfully crafted as well.

Great wine and great customer service!

Media share from last night at Hive Five Meadery in downtown Kingman, AZ. Friends, neighbors, and musicians came together for a laid-back night that turned into something special. It started slowly, but by 7:30 the place filled up and the music carried the rest. I tagged as many folks as I could--if I missed you, please tag yourself so you're part of this memory. On a personal note, it's been a while since I truly let myself enjoy an evening, and last night reminded me just how powerful music and community can be. I had the time of my life. Huge thanks to Michael Thompson for opening the doors and setting the vibe (and for showing us some skills on the guitar). Maybe next time I'll bring my bass and amp to join in. Last night was my first time visiting in over two years and it was such a nice treat. My friend and I showed up around 5 and sat at the bar to grab a tasting. There is a really comfy cozy vibe inside. We picked which option we wanted and started from there. About three tastings in (we don't really drink) we needed to add some carbs to the party so we checked out the food menu. $10 for a small pizza, not bad at all. The pizza is made in the oven right there and smells so good! I think we spent two or more hours at Vegas Valley Winery and enjoyed every minute. I can't wait to come back and bring one of our other friends too. I highly recommend you check out VVW if you haven't yet!

They are located in Henderson's Booze District right next to Grape Expectations, not too far from Crafthaus Brewery and Neon Desert Brewing. They are also one of the first wineries to ever open in the Las Vegas valley. We were greeted instantly upon walking in and took a seat at a table. It wasn't busy, which was typical for a Thursday evening, so there were plenty of open tables and chairs at the bar. You can choose between having wine by the glass (red and white wine available) or you can try their tasting flights. We were given a food and wine menu to start off with. Lots of wine choices, but limited food choices. For food, we decided on their 12" cheese pizza and their Charcuterie table. For our wine choices, I had the Sauvignon Blanc dry white wine, my mom had the Mist Muscat Canelli white wine, and my dad had the Whimscal Semi-Dry Riesling white wine. While my parents only had one glass each, I decided to have two glasses of my own because it was just so good! The Sauvignon Blanc had that fruity flavor to it with just a hint of green apple and grapefruit. While I didn't get the chance to try the Charcuterie table, which had numerous amounts of meat and cheese on it, the pizza was excellent, cheesy, and shareable. I really want to come back again and try their other options, plus their flights and tastings. Excellent little winery in town with a casual, chill ambiance. Come check them out if you haven't already!

I was here from beginning to end not as a participant but as a volunteer. My parents live on the way at Flamingo and Boulder, east by the mountains, and so I figure I can visit them then work a little bit before going off and hanging out friends afterwards. Ended up at YelpHQ instead but that was even more fun. As a volunteer, time working the booth really flew by. Then again, time flies by when you're having fun. I thought our team leader was gonna be late so I wanted to run the show but she was there. There were tons of volunteers as well, Yelp was given two booths out of the twenty to man and one of those booths had a photo booth for memories. I hope you readers that attended took advantage of that! The start of the event was at 7pm, each wine glass was to be filled with 1 oz of wine. Our booth (#3) had a.. wait for it.. let me get a hell yea for the Thorny Rose a Pinot Grigio, a refreshing white wine with melon, lemon, and other perfect fruity combinations. We were given a sheet to display what this wine was but as a group we memorized it in case people asked. I told some people it was a Horny Rose, but they must have been toasted since they didn't catch on. It was so good that we weren't even allowed to taste it but people wanted us to stamp another booth's number so they can have seconds. Nope, sorry! I do believe other tables were pouring over 1 oz of wine though. Portion control is important because by 9PM the wine was running low and we were completely out soon after. Some of the wine tables were hidden from the main pathway also so I kept having people come up to me asking where whatever table number was where. Maybe the tables could be placed in numerical order so they can backtrack if they caught themselves skipping one by accident? But hey vino fans, next time do come early so you can sample the wines and after you're done and have gotten your good fix you can sit around on the grass and enjoy the entertainment provided or eat at a restaurant. It was sad to see the pizza place closed though! Wine goes perfect with pizza, didn't you know that? In the end just know that you participated in a fundraiser for a good cause and hope you checked in and received your free wine glass charm. Shout outs to my fellow volunteers Pam, Ron, Robin and her dude, Vanessa, Tony, Nathan, Christina, Arvin, Anthony, Shirley, and Teri who had to leave early cause of a stomach bug. If I missed anyone else I apologize! And to everyone who stopped by the Yelp booth to say hi and chit chat about Yelp, you guys are awesome. And the "unofficial" line that was formed with people checking in or downloading the app, signing up, then checking in, we didn't mean for it to happen but thank you to those people as well. A votre sante!

We had a confirmed reservation for Friday, December 19, 2025 at 6:30 PM for a party of seven. The reservation was made online, accepted, and confirmed by email. I even received an email the day before asking me to confirm that we would be there, which I did. On top of that, I called the night before with questions about the menu. Although there is no direct phone line to The Wine Cellar, I was connected to a concierge who, while not fully familiar with every detail, took the time to review the website and menu with me. At no point was there any indication that the wine cellar would be closed. Everything showed as open, normal hours, reservations active. We arrived on time for our reservation and found the place completely closed. This was not a casual drop-in. It took effort to get this group together. We had friends in town visiting who Ubered to the location from The Strip, we drove in from North Summerlin, and others came from Henderson. We dressed up in holiday attire and planned this as a special night out leading into Christmas. It mattered to us. Instead, we were left standing there confused and disappointed, and ended up spending the rest of the evening sitting at another bar in the casino eating nachos. Not exactly the Napa-inspired wine experience we were excited about. If a business is closed, it should not be accepting online reservations, sending confirmation emails, or asking guests to reconfirm their attendance. Employees and concierge staff should be aware of closures. And if something truly unexpected happened, a facility issue or last-minute closure, then someone should be contacting guests with confirmed reservations. That would not have been difficult. We relocated to Las Vegas from Northern California years ago and were genuinely excited to visit a Napa inspired Wine Cellar because we miss that wine culture and wanted to share it with friends. As locals, it is incredibly disappointing to see a business handled this way. I want to support places where I live, but this experience left us frustrated and upset. This was a big letdown and, honestly, a shame.

We walked right in & the place was dead with only 2 other tables filled. We got seated right away & service was polite & attentive. The ambiance felt like you're in a vintage cave similar to one of the wineries we've been to Napa. It felt relaxing & personable. Hubby ordered the worldwide red wine adventure which included 3 flights...a Malbec, Tempranillo, & Chianti. I had the Joe's the best of the best Cabernet which included 3 different pours of Cabernet. I'm from LA & have always been into cabs but recently have transitioned to old world wines bc it pairs better with food in my opinion. However, hubby suggested we have an open mind & order both the old world & new world wines. Surprisingly, I thought the cabs tasted better than the old world wines. The cabs listed on the menu are ones that I've never had before & it was bold as expected but solid. I've had better old world wines so it was just okay. With that being said, I don't mind coming back to try other wines on the menu.
