However, we could hear the neighbor's TV on one side & conversations from the other but I decided to get us another night for our return & holy moly, what a mistake. Woman working the desk on Thursday (6/19) turned me away for asking if the room was ready before check-in. No big deal, we were happy to wait so long as a clean room & hot shower was on the other side. The woman started checking in others but I didn't want to be annoying, so I waited until ten minutes to 3 & hopped in line. Was told I had to wait until 3... When we did get our room, we were dismayed to find we were put in a non-renovated room. No fridge this time. No water pressure. Hair on the toilet. Dirty floors. Just abysmal & all for the same price as the initial room. What a ripoff & so much for being a valued guest. So disappointed. Someone needs to find the owner immediately, but good luck!

It was a bit pricey but well worth the money since it included a 3-course meal. Upon entering the Grand Celebration, we were greeted by the crew and seated at our table. A guy was playing live music, which made the ambience romantic and festive. The tour is approximately 2 hours and cruises through the Colorado River at sunset. Taking in the views and just enjoying our night together made it that much more special. Plus, we were seated with a couple who were celebrating their 40th anniversary. The captain announced all the celebrations and honored everyone, which caused everyone to cheer and just embrace the night. Definitely a great memory of our trip. Our food was pretty yummy too. We opted for the prime rib, and the portion was so huge and unexpected. The potatoes were delicious and seasoned with perfection. I really enjoyed that my table was adorned with a birthday card from the crew, and they also brought me out a birthday cake to end the night. If you are in Laughlin, I highly recommend booking a dinner cruise. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying time with your loved ones, you will have a great night that you will be talking about for a few weeks.

The staff is very friendly and happy to have you. There is salad and water waiting when you arrive and they have the keepers of alcohol standing by and ready!! The food didn't take long and was really well done. The salmon was huge and I ate up every flavorful bite! They have a top deck with tables and chairs and a man playing live music. The view is great and the boat didn't rock too much. My only complaint was that the dessert took forever, BUT when it was time to leave they had my drink in a to go cup so I forgave them.

It's got amazing English architecture and is completely walkable. London Bridge Jet Boat Tours picks up folks from the Edgewater and Harrah's casinos (which have their own docks) respectively and takes them down to Arizona. It's about 2 hours to get to Havasu, another 2 hours to enjoy and tour London Bridge, and one last pair of hours for the boat ride back to Laughlin. The tour is about $98 per person. It's got great views of the Colorado River and is described as follows "Your 58-mile journey from Laughlin to Lake Havasu includes a guided experience through the scenic Topock Gorge, known for volcanic rock formations, desert wildlife, and Native American petroglyphs. You'll dock at the historic London Bridge for a 2-hour stop to explore shops and restaurants". We hit up all of these spots while on the tour and I was in awe! Blair was absolutely amazing--friendly, knowledgeable, and just one of those people who makes you feel at ease right away. And Wolfe (his adorable dog!) completely stole my heart. It honestly added such a fun, personal touch to the whole experience. The rest of the staff were just as fantastic--super attentive, upbeat, and clearly passionate about what they do. The trip itself? Unreal. The water at Willow Beach is stunning, and paddling into the Emerald Caves felt like something out of a dream. The views, the calmness, the whole atmosphere--it was the perfect mix of adventure and peace. What really stood out to me was how safe and comfortable they made me feel the entire time. The boat holds about 25 passengers and is comfortable. Captain Tim navigates while Janene narrates the tour. Janene provides interesting history and facts about the lake, London Bridge and the people that designed and built Lake Havasu. The almost two hour trip guided us through Copper Canyon, where Janene pointed out geological features. Captain Tim expertly maneuvered the boat so that everyone could take good photos of the sunset and London Bridge. Janene took photos of the guests so that we could remember our adventure. They offered water to us when we boarded the boat, and we were allowed to bring our own beverages on board with us. We brought wine and beer. Assorted music plays during the cruise. The cruise is an excellent way to experience the beauty of the area and lake. This a 5+ stars adventure.
