I walked in expecting a quick, in-and-out service and left feeling like I had just completed a full military deployment. Three. Hours. Three actual human hours just to swap some oil and rotate the tires. I could've flown to another state, taken a nice lunch, and flown back in the time it took them to finish. At one point, I was convinced they had forgotten about my car entirely and were just waiting for me to give up and leave. By hour two, I had bonded with fellow hostages--I mean, customers--who were also watching their lives tick away in the waiting room. I had enough time to reflect on every life decision that led me here. I even considered learning how to change my own oil on YouTube because, at this rate, I could've gotten a mechanic's certification before they finished. So, if you absolutely must come here, bring a survival kit, a change of clothes, and maybe even a will to update. BUT, I will give credit where it is due. I read a negative review about Josh, my car salesman. This might be true. BUT my experience was good with him. I had a positive experience here. This dealership was not my personal choice. I wanted a black Ford Bronco at the Ford dealership. My demands were for such a car were outrageous especially the price for such a car with what I wanted. Josh McKee was the car salesman assigned to me. I wanted a certain color and interior for a sedan car. The only one car that fit those qualifications was a luxury model with a lot of power. I told him I was just looking and not the one to have the final say of whether I would buy a car or not. I didn't want a car salesman to goad me into buying a car, and I didn't want him to waste his time on me. He understood perfectly yet offered to let me test drive this nice car that fit my color and other qualifications. SWEET! I test drove it by myself due to COVID-19 precautions. It was a fun experience, and this new car won me over. So I told him the sugar daddy would come and negotiate a trade in of my 2020 car and finances etcetera with Josh. I gave Josh a heads up that it might be a big NO. SD was annoyed AF with me and expressed it to Josh. Josh was very professional. He said if his demands in negotiation were not met by Josh than he would see it as a "Mala Compra" or bad bargain from Josh. We would just walk off and forget about it. Long story short, negotiations went well. I traded a 2020 car for a new 2021 car with more power and luxury features. Josh was a good car salesman. He saw that we got the Sisk logo taken off the car - a request from the SD. He even got our new car tag put on the new car by a mechanic at my request. Yay!
