Purchased a Chevy traverse from them. Stacey C stated the shake was just due to the type of transmission. A lie. The day after purchasing it, we noticed the front passenger seat belt would not stay buckled. Reached out and was told to put WD-40 in the buckle. We did. It continued to do so. Was told to keep putting the WD-40. Finally they set up an appointment to replace it. Was told the day of purchase they would have a 2nd key fob ordered. Stacey C. stated we could come pick it up. Left work early to do so. Was rudely informed by the service desk that we weren't supposed to. After showing her the text message from Stacey that she told me I would have to come back. She gave me a date to come back. I show up just to be told that I didn't have an appointment. I lived an hour away and had to take off work each time. Another trip back just to get the key fob. In my opinion the sales men just say what they think you want to hear to get the sale. There is definitely lacking communication and possibly training. After moving only a mile from them, I'd love to support locally but can't due to their lack of integrity. read more

Beware of this dealership! They do not do as they promise. I bought a used 2019 BMW from them for $35K back in May. They wrote me an IOU for a second key. They promised to order it from the BMW dealership in Nashville, but they didn't. Then they told me they had ordered it from their "key guy", but they didn't. Then they told me they really had ordered from their guy, this time, and they would put it in the mail to me the following Monday, but they didn't. They then told me the key guy would deliver the key to me, but he hasn't. This has been going on for over 3 months now! The bottom line is they do not do what they say. I'm just glad, in my case, it's only a second key that was promised. read more

I have a Chevy Cruze and luckily I have the two year maintenance deal which basically gets me two oil changes and a tire rotation w/o $ out of my pocket. 9/8/15 was my 2nd visit to this location. The first time involved the aforementioned tire rotation w/ oil change. I was bummed that they don't wash the car after doing the service- I've been to dealerships in CA that did that so I guess I was spoiled even if it wasn't the best, it was better than nothing. The employees I encountered were nice and away I went confident that they had done a good job. I marked the tires so I could tell if they did indeed perform the rotation and they did. My second visit wasn't what I was hoping for- I showed up a few minutes before my 10 am appt. I like that they have a tv but after the first hour, I was growing frustrated. 90 minutes for an oil change is unacceptable esp. when I had an appt. I overheard the service lady telling the guy in front of me that they were down the head mechanic and three others along w/ the service manager. I was concerned when hearing this but she was very apologetic and assured me that the work was done correctly. Since she apologized and having worked somewhere myself that was short staffed and running the show alone- I understand the stress and frustration she must have felt. Bought a car from them a couple months ago, and it's been in the shop more than a handful of times. I got the service warranty and it hasn't helped one bit, these people are not trustworthy and haven't kept their promises, every time I've called to put the car in the shop it's always the same thing COVID!!!!! Now it's not running correctly and with the service warranty I can't get a rental car until they look at it but they are 2 weeks behind every time I call so no car and no rental joke joke joke !!!!!!!!
