The food here is consistent. Wings are yummy. I prefer the boneless. Kids got hamburger and chicken. Service is friendly. Ambiance is casual. read more

I recently visited this location and was disappointed with the quality of the food. The wings were overcooked, very dry, and extremely small -- some of the two‑bone pieces were smaller than my pinky finger. They also lacked sauce and flavor. When I asked, the manager explained that the sauce is baked in, but the garlic wings had no noticeable garlic taste and the spicy Parmesan had very little seasoning. The blue cheese dressing was also unidentifiable in flavor and texture. The only item that was even marginally enjoyable was the onion rings, though they were unexpectedly spicy, which my daughter didn't care for. It was surprising that the onion rings had more heat than the wings themselves. Overall, the food didn't meet expectations, and I hope the kitchen improves consistency and seasoning going forward. read more

Sauced wings are being recooked during lunch either from the bar or they're making large batches for the bar and recooking to make them "crispy". Any sauce with sugar is clearly going to burn. I mean burn to the point that it's better and still being tossed and served. Server could clearly see the wings were burnt and didn't care. Mentioned the recook to waitress jokingly because we weren't trying to make a big deal she got defensive and shrugged her shoulders. Overall service is just poor, servers are just standing together at bar or service alley and not friendly. Been coming here for years and the service is getting worse by the visit. read more

Very upset. Went to dine at the bar before seeing a movie sat at the bar for 10 min and wasn't ever acknowledged by the bartender and she tended to guest who sat down after us. Not even a hello was said. We ultimately got up at left w no service no food no drinks. Try disappointing. Will not be returning. read more

My great niece was christened today and our original plan was to eat at Copper River however, they messed up our reservation. Thankfully Wild Wings quickly accommodated our lunch party of 12. We were seated quickly and our waitress was nice. Although I am thankful for the accommodations...there was something wrong with the A/C because it was SO hot in the building!!!! It was uncomfortable. I know that having a large party can be daunting...but our food came out in a decent amount of time. But our server got several of our orders wrong....several. After 3 and 4 attempts...we were still correcting orders. It was frustrating but we made it through. This is my first time eating at Wild Wings. I would give my food three out of five stars...I mean it was a salad. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. A lot of my lettuce was brown and some of my chicken was hard. Not sure if I will be back but again, I am appreciative of them for helping us out and the staff was friendly which is why I rated them as high as I did. read more

I've been here many times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. The food is always great, hot and plenty of it. Their burgers are wonderful, wings are delicious, but my go-to is the Wild Chef salad. I am a big lover of salads and this one doesn't disappoint. Greens, tomatoes, cheese, grilled chicken and of course BACON!!! Top it off with your favorite dressing and you have a winning combination. They also have a full bar and a great beer selection. The service is always great with a wonderful staff. Very casual atmosphere and not very loud at all so you can carry on conversations with no problems. This is on my list of favorites!! read more

Caley gave amazing service on Sunday! A packed restaurant that was clearly short staffed but you'd only know it if you had worked in a restaurant previously. Our drinks stayed full, food was exactly as ordered and hot, and the energy was top tier even as she managed multiple other tables in the dining area. 10/10 Caley and team! read more

What happened to this place? Feels like no one cares anymore. Always short staffed, tables were filthy and super slow to get food. The outside area looks like a place that has been closed up for a long time. Tables had old food in between the cracks, bird feathers flying through the air, built up grime on the plastic window covers and spider webs everywhere. We used to love this place. No one cares about this place anymore for sure. read more

I am a server and know how hard food service is. I don't review restaurants unless it's an outstanding experience or an abysmal one. I didn't even have an experience at this restaurant because we were not even acknowledged or greeted. My friend and I arrived 2 1/2 hours before they close. Nobody greeted us. Nobody looked at us. Restaurant was empty. Employees were sitting around pretending they didn't see us so we left. read more

We always like coming to Wild Wings for the beer selection, mushrooms, and wings. However, we AGAIN ordered jalepeno cheddar wings (our favorite for over 20 years!) and they are out! Apparently they can't get this flavor anymore, but it doesn't come off the menu. Very disappointin. read more

My children and I decided to stop here for lunch and were sat in the large circular booth. After receiving our drinks, my 10 year old dropped her straw in the booth and it went into the crease where the back and seat meet. She reaches to get it and immediately pulls her hand back crying and I notice she's bleeding. It seemed there was broken glass in the booth which was also EXTREMELY DIRTY. The waitress gets the manager (female, brown hair) who asked sarcastically, "Do you want me to call EMS or what?" Like no, I want you to care about your customers. She did get a bandaid but never once apologized or asked my daughter if she was okay. When I told her that the booth was disgusting, she said "Yeah it's hard to clean right there." Well how do all the other restaurants do it then? She then had the waitress move us to another booth and started cleaning it. She discounted our check but never spoke to us beyond her initial sarcastic remarks. It was very clear that she didn't care that my little girl got hurt and could have been exposed to any number of germs or diseases due to the negligence of her and her staff. Photo of dirty booth, The table pulled out when she started to clean it and my daughter's finger where it was punctured. read more

I'm a 20 year-old black female and I went there to pick up an order and had to stand at takeout for over 15 minutes. No one came up to help me. I had to go banging on the kitchen door and still no one came and open the door till I went to the other side and banged on that door, then when someone finally did come out, it was a Shorter skinny white guy who seemingly had an attitude possibly because I was banging on the door (which I should have had to do in the first place) and he told me that I had to get my order from the bar until 5 PM as if I would've known that and no one came over to tell me that in the 15 minutes that I was at the restaurant. However I had seen multiple workers and none came over to me. read more

Server doing his best, however sisters meal incorrect and I'm still waiting on my food!! My daughter's and sisters food came out first, sister's food incorrect...hey where's my meal?? Catch the server, takes my sisters food back...returns it with cold French fries....my food?? Oh, they dropped your plate and have to remake it. Why weren'twe told this when theother two meals arrived?? Meanwhile, my daughter has finished her meal, sis almost done, oh here's mine with cold French fries, chicken so tough can't cut it with a fork, no knife given..server busy with other tables..no offer of a discount, . Believe me I'm in the hospitality industry and I know what's going on with the lack of staffing however our meals should have been brought out together I've been doing this for over 30 years and I don't make a complaint unless I feel I have a very valid one and this was 1, The server said the manager was going to come out and speak to us manager never came out. If you're looking for a job, don't look here! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Not that I've had good experiences eating here but I just thought maybe it would be different as an employee and boy was I mistaken. After being disregarded by "There's a child on the phone looking for a host job" and greeted with "I'm not the hiring manager", I figure maybe I should take me and my 20 year old self somewhere else since I can't even be considered an adult or for the position of a server...womp womp. Energy was terrible and I refuse to work for a company just as bad as Sticky Fingers anyways. Not to mention the hiring manager works 2 days out the week lol. tear this business down. they don't need any help they can fail all on their own. BRING BACK GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I have absolutely no complaints with this visit. The wings were good and flavored throughout. I asked for h to 'em to be fried hard and they came out crunchy. I always get the lemon pepper but today I ventured out and also got the garlic, garlic, garlic flavored. A+ !! Came in, there was no one at the front and waited about 5 minutes before getting greeted then seated. Put in our order, got drinks and it took our food 40 minutes to come out, didn't see our waiter the whole time before and there was only about 4 other people in the restaurant, so not sure why it took so long. I was finally eating when I bit into raw chicken. Our server went to talk to her manger but stated that's just how it's cooked, that someone complained with the same issue earlier and that the manger did not want to come talk to us. Usually have good experiences here but I'm very disappointed with the service, food and lack of professionalism from the manger. Do better, will be taking my business to the other wing place down the road. read more

Blown away by the professionalism of this location! They are under new management and it is very obvious that they have turned a corner in the right direction from years past. My company hosted a work event here last week and the new GM, Jim Thompson, made sure that everything from reservation, crafting the menu, to the set up and execution went smoothly. I cannot say enough about how above and beyond the staff went to make sure every aspect was high quality. I would highly recommend!! OH, and the live music was incredible! read more

The service is good, and that's about all I can say. I ordered boneless wings and when they came, they said "here's your nuggets. "They were hard, very dark brown, with no sauce on them. Visited this place for a drink and snack after a movie on a Tuesday night. Our server was really nice, but service was just mediocre for a not-so-busy night. They seemed to be out of a lot of menu items. This could have been due to factors beyond their control though, so I don't hold it completely against them. Otherwise it is a fun/casual place to grab a drink with friends. read more

The food was lacking flavor. I got my order to go and the wings were bland at best. Fries were good, little soggy from sitting in the container with no escape. It's a late night wing place and we were in late. The server who took our drink order passed us on to another sever for the food. It took some time to get drinks and she didn't seem to be around enough but it's to be expected I guess. The grilled shrimp app was great. Their hot sauce is hot but not as nose running as their description. Go for it. I also had some wings. A couple were more done than others which made me believe that some were from another batch but they were good too. The potato chips with bleu cheese and wing sauce are great. The place was kinda wrecked from what clearly was a busy Saturday. read more

We used to come here all the time. I'm trying to keep coming but they need some management upgrades. Last night we went for dinner. We ordered a vodka and soda. We got a tequila and sprite. We clarified the order...vodka soda. New drinks came...vodka and sprite. The third time it was right. My daughter ordered soup with no bacon. Food came out (pretty cold). No spoon. A few minutes later she got a spoon (no silverware for anyone else). Soup had bacon. So she asked for a salad. No fork. Finally got everything....had an ok dinner. No manager in sight. I want to like Wild Wing....but they're making it hard read more

We wanted to grab a quick bite after watching a movie at Regal next door before going home. Well we got full. But it wasn't very satisfying. We knew what to expect going in since Wild Wing Cafe since it has been around for awhile. But the wings were alright. The chargrilled chicken feathers were a lot smaller that advertised. But very juicy and paired well with the Slayer dipping sauce. We came on a Sunday so there was live music playing. The musician was great. Don't expect to be able to hear what you or the other person is saying on days like this. A very loud atmosphere even when no one is performing. Great bar and lots of tvs make for a great place to watch the game. All in all it was just ok. read more
