All the cashiers are cool folks, I don't know all of their names yet, but the young beautiful lady is very nice and always super helpful. She's down to earth and just a legit cool girl. Also Mo who is so kind, and is genuinely a cool and just nice guy. And the owner (I haven't learned his name yet) but he is so sweet, he is very kind, and always super helpful, I LOVE THIS STORE! I'm here a lot because they have a huge selection of vapes, smoking devices and an awesome selection of wraps and papers. Also they have a decent amount of really cool glass water pipes. I should buy stock in this place because I'm there so much for all my vapes, and wraps! LOL

Staff called and repeatedly very rudely insulted me over the phone for daring to ask them to do their job. I did not shop in hopes of getting free bonus verbal abuse from shop staff. I didn't want any credit or money back, just swap it for the right stuff. I wouldn't even have cared if it was a few bucks more for whatever silly reason. But I'm stuck with wicks I can't use and a big bottle of juice I'll never vape. You would think with how cheap stuff is online these days and you just want to support a local business and they still treat you like they don't need you. Well, I know where I'm not wanted and now all my friends do as well. I'm 57 and I will make sure that my son and all his friends that go there all find a new place as well. Ridiculous. BAD BUSINESS
