Each time in frequenting Tobakko's, the person behind the counter has consistently been aloof, dismissive and seemingly unwilling to assist. In fact, she has proven not to be able to mask her contempt for being bothered when I asked a question. Part of my enjoyment is browsing and buying a good cigar. It's a part of the process I have enjoyed for years. This shop quite simply does not provide that. In my visits, It instead offers an uncomfortable experience with rude staff and dry cigars that leave much to be desired. You'll notice other reviews point out similar experiences, btw.
