Instead of standing behind the sale and making it right, they refused to refund my money and tried to push store credit instead. Why would I accept store credit from a business that had already lost my trust? The customer service was dismissive, unprofessional, and made it clear that keeping my money was more important than treating a customer fairly. To make matters worse, the cashier struggled with a basic cash transaction, which only reinforced my lack of confidence in the business. The store itself felt run-down, poorly maintained, and full of outdated, overpriced inventory. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant enough that I couldn't wait to leave. Businesses make mistakes.
