This location has self checkout and sells brown bags and plastic bags. It's conveniently close to work and really helps out in a pinch.

Not bad, but keep in mind I only added 1 enhancer (wild blueberries)! After waiting a few minutes, my order was ready. The first sip was interesting, to say the least. I was hoping to taste a surge of blueberry with hints of the manger ginger but instead, tasted a berry chalk. I think it was the protein that overpowered the smoothie because it was definitely on the thick side and not how I remember the smoothies to be. Overall, the people working were incredibly courteous and the place was clean. Next time, I'll be more prepared before I order!

No one will answer the phone to see when I should expect my money back. The hours of operation say they are open 7AM-9PM. I think coorporate needs to investigate this location ASAP Editing to add that I was able to talk to someone at the store and their opener didn't come in; however, I was informed that if I wanted my money back I had to come in store for the refund. So the DELIVERY order was cancelled on their end because their opener didn't open the store yet I have to come in to the store in order to get my refund for the order they canceled. I reitterate that coorporate needs to investigate this store ASAP and I will be contacting them as it is clearly poorly managed. And this experience has made me not want to order from any Smoothie King which is not fair to other locations.

You are able to bring back Amazon returns and drop them into the bin, or hand them to the worker at the counter located near the self-checkout stations.
