They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! With prices ranging from reasonable ($50 for mustard yellow suede peep toe wedge sling backs) to higer end ($350 for leather peep stilletos by Stuart Weitzman), there is a nice selection of footware for all price points. Stephanie (the owner) is extremely friendly, but not pushy. Attentive and acknowledging when you enter the store, even if she is in the middle of helping another customer and handling the phone. My only disappointment was the "accessories". I was hoping for a few displays of unique earrings, creative bracelets and complementing necklaces. While this area of the business is lacking, the shoe selection shines.

The associate made a big production of turning the shoes over and over. The sales associate told me she knew the shoes had been worn but she'd give me a refund anyway. Very rude. Very unprofessional! She kept calling me "baby", like that was supposed to make everything ok. I did not get the associate's name, but she wrote her initials on the receipt. "LH" I've been in Retail my whole career.
