Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! Stephanie (the owner) is extremely friendly, but not pushy. Attentive and acknowledging when you enter the store, even if she is in the middle of helping another customer and handling the phone. My only disappointment was the "accessories". I was hoping for a few displays of unique earrings, creative bracelets and complementing necklaces. While this area of the business is lacking, the shoe selection shines.
