They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! With prices ranging from reasonable ($50 for mustard yellow suede peep toe wedge sling backs) to higer end ($350 for leather peep stilletos by Stuart Weitzman), there is a nice selection of footware for all price points. Stephanie (the owner) is extremely friendly, but not pushy. Attentive and acknowledging when you enter the store, even if she is in the middle of helping another customer and handling the phone. My only disappointment was the "accessories". I was hoping for a few displays of unique earrings, creative bracelets and complementing necklaces. While this area of the business is lacking, the shoe selection shines.

It's an outdated, archaic, unnecessary, unfriendly setup, IMO. FWIW, I went into that store today, looked to see if they even had the shoe I was interested in on display. Didn't see it, nobody asked me if they could help me. Guess what? I left, disgusted, and will NOT be back. I'd sooner pay Zappos outrageously inflated prices than deal with that store again.
