One pair definitely needed attention, so it was easy for me to hand those over. But I hesitated a little bit with the other 2 pairs because they weren't really all that badly scuffed. They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! Everyone we talked to, both via phone and in person, was very helpful and polite. Mr. Steve went above and beyond installing the systems in both of our vans. He explained everything and made adjustments to ensure everything was right. The price was fair and affordable. You couldn't ask for a better group of people to help you with any handicap needs.
