It hadn't been opened and was in brand new condition. They refused saying that it was 'outside of the window for return'. They sent me away with the number to customer service. I called customer service and provided them with the details. They effectively said the same thing because it had been 91 days since purchase. Apparently, they only allow 90 days. Clearly, an exception could've been made but wasn't. Dick's isn't doing itself any favors from a customer service standpoint. Glad you guys saved that $200. I absolutely have shopped with Dick's Sporting Goods for the last time.
