My massage provider did good. I did specify certain area to work on, she kind of did not work on that. I let her know I enjoy massages more when they use their palm more than thumbs. Thumbs seem to hurt me (on certain areas of my body) I guess she took that seriously because my massage was too light. I booked a Relaxation massage light to medium. Throughout my massage there was no medium. It was more light than anything. I did enjoy it but it could've been better. However for my boyfriend massage. He experienced uncomfortability. His provider told him to take off his underwear. Didn't even give him an option. We both thought that was very strange. I was pissed myself. My boyfriend did not want to do that, any spa we've been to. They never said that. I spoke to manager just to understand why. She did say that was interesting considering the fact that the massage provider was there for years. And that they give guests an option to either keep or take off their underwear. My boyfriend's provider did not give him an option at all. It was more of a "you have to take it off" he was very confused. And was uncomfortable the whole massage since she was massaging his butt. He told me he felt violated & that the service it self was too hard. I told him you booked a therapeutic so it normal but he said it got to a point where it was kind of hard to enjoy. I work at a spa myself and our own providers never say that to our guests. I felt bad for my partner on his experience at the spa Séc-he. Overall it was a good first time experience to unwind and escape reality. I'd just have to teach my partner be more vocal & put foot down on what doesn't sound right. Next time we go we'll just say not to book us with the providers we got last time.

My rating stems from the lack of service while we were here. Yes, the waters are great, but the service was subpar. The girls and I were there for about five hours, but were not asked about drinks or snacks once. There was a lady walking around giving beverages and taking orders from other guests, except us. It was saddening that they didn't come up to us, so we did leave earlier than expected. This was a unique experience, and it's quite decent if it's your first time. Given the value of this item, that response is not sufficient. A property at this level should have a clear, documented lost-and-found process with accountability, rather than relying on informal follow-up. We paid over $600 for a one-night stay. The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.
