I have bought GREAT colorful, artistic, FANTASTIC clothes, shoes, Vera Bradley and other purses, and COOL, AWESOME jewelry, and MANY GREAT gift items for family & friends...I LOVE IT EVERY time I go there, as I ALWAYS find amazing things!!! I entered into an agreement with this business to sell a luxury bag on consignment, providing the receipt, box, and dust bag. The bag was in excellent condition. Initially, the price offered was very low, despite the business taking 50% of the sale. After some discussion, I agreed, trusting her because I was a frequent shopper at her shop. When signing, I asked if we should write down the details, but she said, "We talked about it, it's fine." We signed a 90-day contract--if it didn't sell, she'd contact me to decide next steps. After 90 days, I visited her shop. She seemed surprised and became aggravated when I started asking questions about the item because the things she was saying weren't adding up. I reminded her of the agreed terms, but she denied we had agreed. When she asked if I had proof, I realized I did not, which showed her true colors. She completely took advantage of me because she knew it was my first time reselling an item not knowing much about it. Seeing this, I chose to stop arguing. She had taken advantage of my trust. I decided to handle things properly and requested my payment. However, she kept delaying payment until I filed a complaint with the BBB and considered legal action. Only then did she finally pay. I do not recommend this business based on my experience. If I would've known it was going to be such a hassle because she was being difficult, I would've never even sold it at all. After all to me it wasn't even about the money it was more about the dissatisfaction and disappointment I had with her breaking the trust of a client who's gone for years. Everything is so expensive for old items that were probably gotten for free or cheap. Such a disappointment. Would not recommend if you aren't a billionaire. read more

I really don't understand how this place has been in business as long as they have. I've visited twice now, a year apart between each visit. While they do have a massive selection, it is so hard to even look through the racks of clothes there is so much stuff. Additionally, while I did see a number of things I was interested in, I was immediately deterred by the price. Most items are 3x the price of a typical resale shop. read more

If you are a person looking to sell your goods and utilize the service of Wild Raspberry Resale, I offer your strong caution. I have reached out to Nina, owner (stopped in five separate times over the last year) and have left at least 4 voicemail messages and multiple emails to her over the last year - and never once have I gotten my issues resolved. After nearly a dozen in-person, emails, voicemails to Nina, I still have not gotten any $ for the items that they have sold. In my in-person cking in on this 2 weeks ago, Nina said to me "Oh, do you want a ck issued? Well, you have to ask for a ck" The signatured agreement I have with her is they will mail a ck quarterly - you do no have to ask for it. And once again, I'm being given a promise "you'll get the ck in next weeks mail". I never do. Additionally, the items I brought to her, she and her husband decided to inventory them under two accounts. Nearly a year later, I still do not have access to the inventory to one of the accounts - she has promised me multiple times that she will email me the access to the 2nd account. I'm always told by Nina, she'll get me access but it never happens. It's frustrating at best let alone I feel I'm being totally taken advantage of. Again, I caution those that are trying to utilize this service to sell your goods. I most definitely would not recommend them. All you'll get is ignored, the run around and not reimbursed for items of yours they sell - at least that has been my experience over the last years' timeframe. While you'll definitely find some unique / vintage / high end items, the sheer muscle power required to shop the racks in this store is a real turn off. Waaaay too much inventory. It's also quite hot in the warm months and most items are over priced for their age / condition and the sheer fact that it's all second hand merchandise. The owners seem very nice but I get the feeling they're in over their heads. read more

I brought my kids here today, all of various ages (15, 15, 11, 8, 5, 5). They were very respectful, nothing broke (thank God) and everything seemed to be going great. My kids were picking out a $10 or more gift for one another (Secret Santa). Some found a trinket, some didn't. We bought 2 items after 45 min of adoring all the unique items they had. As we were leaving and getting into our van, the lady came outside and was looking at us, hands folded, staring at me, pacing a bit. It takes a moment for me to get the younger ones in their seats. I did think it was a little strange feeling that she was out there hands folded eyeing us but I didn't have any reason to think much of it. As we settled in seats and backed out of our parking spot, she held up her phone and snapped a picture of us. Again, I was thinking... what is she doing?? But not giving any deeper thought. Soon after driving away it occurred to me that she must think we stole something and my heart sunk! It feels really bad to have been made to feel like that. I had planned to come back with my husband soon to buy up the place. Unfortunately, we won't ever return. We did not deserve to be treated like that. read more

I've visited only a handful of resale shops and typically never return but this one is definitely a winner. The staff is warm, friendly, gracious and very attentive, I'd return just to chat ! Unlike most of the resale shops I've walked into, this one is organized, clean and tidy. They have a variety of attractive clothes, shoes, designer handbags, small treasures and exquisite pieces of jewelry. The proprietors, Joseph and Nina provided some of the best service and their assistant Laura was sweet and joyful adding to a vib rarely found in most shops. Stopped in at this wonderful new store and was pleasantly surprised with all the great inventory. I worked with Nina Patrick one of the owners as I needed help in the jewelry department. She was excellent and very knowledgeable in all the various stones. I was looking for something special for my wife's 60th. Nina did not dissapoint! I brought the wife in the next day and she picked 2 beautiful rings and a fabulous pendant. The prices and quality were top notch and we had a great time to boot. I highly recommend you visit this terrific new store and Nina and Joseph the owners will make you feel right at home. read more
