I range from relaxation to deep tissue and no matter which I choose my needs are always met. The new space is lovely, clean, and inviting. Her room is always kept extremely organized and you can tell it is cleaned thoroughly between each appointment. I typically do a 90 minute and recommend that to everyone. 60 minutes always feels too short personally. If I ever want something done differently I have no problem asking her to do more/less during the massage and she is always compliant with whatever I may request. I enjoy easy, pleasant conversations with each massage. On the off chance I don't feel like chatting that day she always seems to read the room and let me be. The Harmony Wellness Center was conveniently located in the middle of Oshkosh, and they promptly responded to my appointment request. The center is very nice - very relaxing environment. Jeanie greeted me with a some water and did a quick evaluation to see how she could best help me. I pulled a couple muscles at the gym, and she did a really great job working through the knots. She's clearly a very experienced massage therapist - her tempo, precision, and effectiviness are consistent with top massage therapists I've worked with over the years. I waited one week and called on a Monday, received no return call, so on Wednesday, I left another message asking if she was taking new clients (my therapist retired.) Again, I received no call. I then left a message at the contact number for Harmony Wellness. You guessed it--NO RETURN CALL!! If they can't even return a phone call, I am wondering how reliable this business would be. I will give my money to a provider who cares about their clients.
