Lunch at @99ranchmarket foodcourt Since this was a foodcourt, I will not be rating the Customer Service or Atmosphere, this rating will purely be based on the food we ate. What we ate: Beef Noodle Soup - a solid dish, the beef was tender and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly chewy, the soup was a bit plain; I prefer the spicy soup in Sichuan cuisine over this soup, but I was told that the Taiwanese version of the beef noodle soup is a lot more mellow in flavor, in general. Considering all that, I will give this dish a solid 8 out of 10. Mince Dry Noodles - good flavors, creamy, salty, savory. A solid 8.5.

Again, like the rib eye, it seems like it was a bit oxidized before being vacuum sealed. Sausages were good - as long as you vacuum seal sausage, it's fine frozen and really just a matter of personal taste. Ordering and delivery process were easy and efficient. No complaints there.
