I stopped here because I had extra time before a quick appointment. I like Wild Fork and believe they truly care about what they sell The employees were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is sort of average, nothing real special but not bad. I bought some frozen green beans and burgers. I already ate them and they were pretty high quality. I just wish Wild Fork would sell more side dishes. I love veggies and the varieties are limited. They sell a $12 insulated bag which threw me off. I know many things are expensive nowadays but that just seemed silly to me. Overall, their prices seem pretty fair. I stick to fish, chicken, steak and burgers so I have not tried their more exotic meats read more

Purchased a bunch of different meats from Wild Fork and have been to this location once before. The manager was assisting me with finding the bbq ribs which are cook in the bag style and taste crazy good. Most of the meats are priced per pound so you have to be decent in math to figure out the cost. read more

I love that this store has every kind of hard to find foods (elk, bison, venison, octopus). I come here to get the grass fed ground beef and lamb. The beef is great. The mini leg of lamb I bought was not tender, a bit tough to cut. They have a whole case of desserts that look good, i haven't tried them yet. (Key lime pie, berry tarts, acai sorbet). read more

My friend asked me to pickup salt and pepper from this place because i was next door. This was my first time here. My first impression was " Everything is frozen " I have to admit. I was not expecting it. It was a nice store. Everything was very clean and organized. The place has everything you would need for a cookout. Big selections on frozen vegetables, desserts, seafood, burgers, stakes and more. It was impressive. I found the Butcher's salt and pepper. My friend said it was the best. They also has many other seasoning to choose from. The customer service here was great. The staff very friendly and approachable. It was a joy to shop here. read more

My friend and I attended a private event at Wild Fork and had such a great time! There were several vendors offering samples of a variety of meats-from lamb chops to steak and chicken. Everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere was fun and lively with a DJ playing music, and although there was a long line for the prize giveaways, it was totally worth it-yes, we all won meat! The Wild Fork staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and happy to answer all our questions about their products. I definitely discovered a new favorite place to shop! read more

Wild Fork has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop for meats, seafood and even frozen fruits. The store is super clean, well organized and everything is frozen at peak freshness. I actually appreciate because it makes meal planning easier. This is the modern way of shopping for quality meats or seafood. You can finally walk into a place where you aren't greeted with their flesh meat smell. Everything is packaged, neat and labeled by what they are. Prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality you get. Staff was helpful and didn't mind answering questions or helping me find items. I got the lamb chops that were absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to cook these. If you like to cook or entertain, this is the place to go. Definitely worth visiting and if anything an experience! read more

What a hidden gem! We are foodies (obviously) so a meat store that has everything frozen made us...skeptical. We went to a Yelp! event here. We were forever changed. The meat is flash frozen and tastes fresh when cooked. We loved the mushroom churrasco. It's better than the chimichuri. The ribs are meaty and soft. We can get meat for the two of us for a couple weeks for a very reasonable price. The staff is there to help if you need, but I've not experienced outgoing service. The ambiance is bright and clean, easy since everything is in freezers and coolers. Overall, love it. We are there all the time now. read more

Finally made it back to this carnivore's paradise! Wild Fork has been on my must-return list ever since their fantastic Yelp Elite event introduced me to their world of premium meats. That complimentary skirt steak we grilled later? Pure perfection. Despite being tucked away from my usual route, I carved out time after work to stock up properly. Surprisingly had the place almost to myself - their loss is definitely my gain for browsing without crowds! The selection here is absolutely stellar. Whether you're after everyday staples, convenient pre-marinated options, or want to venture into exotic territory with bison and elk, they've got you covered. I went a bit overboard (no regrets!) since I know from experience their quality is consistently exceptional. At these prices, who needs a traditional butcher? Wild Fork delivers premium meat at half the cost with twice the variety. Can't wait to fire up the grill - highly recommend making the trek! read more

We have purchased many different types of meat and fish over the years, almost from when they first opened in Fort Lauderdale! We purchased Argentina shrimp for the holidays, we opened and cooked one of the 2 lb bags and they had a poor pair and tasted very bad! We threw them all away with a house full for Christmas dinner. We never cooked the second bag, I've sent questions and reached out via the website! No one has ever reached out to apologize or requested more info! Very surprised at the lack of customer service! read more

Best place for meats and seafood! I buy my New Yor Strips here and Florida Gulf Shrimp, best value for your money! Also Skirt Steak is a good value. The New York strips are restaurant quality as good as some high-end steakhouse if not better, and the Florida gulf, shrimp, taste amazing, like shrimp, should taste! You will be very satisfied with the quality of meats and seafood here, everything is frozen. However, when I want to prepare a steak, I just put it in the refrigerator the day before, and they're ready to go out the next day the frozen shrimp I run underwater for about five minutes to defrost, doesn't get any easier than that. If you're not happy with the meat, prices at your local grocery store, then this place is a must! A good friend recommended me to Wild Fork a few years ago, and I have been buying all my steaks and seafood here. read more

I love coming to the Wild Fork in Ft Lauderdale. The store is clean, new, and bright. It's important to know that everything is frozen. This works for me as I only cook for 1-2 people, so the fact that most things are portioned or even individually packaged is great! They are known for being the place where you can buy your regular proteins as well as rarer ones. I always come for their skinless salmon, great quality and individually packed within the larger bag. But whenever I'm here, I can't help but pick up something a little wilder: ground yak, wagyu beef, and octopus are just a few examples of what you can get at Wild Fork. read more

This store focuses on meats, wild meats, seafood, frozen foods and frozen desserts. Their motto is to preserve the flavors of the food by blast freezing. Based on their company website, Blast freezing reduces crystallization and maintains juiciness, preserving the flavor and tenderness. They blast freeze all meats at the peak of freshness and maintain them at frozen temperatures throughout the supply chain. I loved knowing that I could get venison, ostrich, yak, bison and many other exotic meats in here....but also you can get a regular rack of ribs. Great store, clean and nicely organized. If you sign up as a member on their website, you can get specials sent to your email address. read more

The products are good, but be staff here is always unpleasant and difficult. It makes me want to shop elsewhere.

I happened upon this store by accident, never heard of it before, I did see one opened near me but I thought it was a restaurant. Wow. Just wow. This place got talked up by one of my co-workers, so I gave it a shot. Now I'm the one talking it up to all my friends! Wild Fork immediately flash freezes their meet after it get cut. This preserves freshness and ensures your flavor is even better than what you buy at your local grocery store. Everything comes frozen. My favorite part about Wild Fork is that I hardly waste food anymore and make fewer trips to the store. My meat it also so much fresher when I go to cook! You just pop it in the fridge the night before to thaw, and the next evening, it's ready to go. My go-tos are the chimichurri skirt steak, frozen shrimp by the pound, lamb chops, chicken breasts ($2.76 per pound!!!!), and of course, the filets! Genius concept, great quality, and reasonable prices. If you haven't tried, I highly recommend it. read more

My experience has only been with online ordering, not in store. I've ordered a few times from Wild Fork and the first time, the meats and packaging were pretty decent quality. After that, it went downhill. They claim things like "We pick pieces closest in size to what you ordered" & "PERFECT PACKAGE", however.... this most recent order, my "approximately 1 lbs" steaks were each half a pound, the ground beef packaging was ripped wide open and most of the meats had some sort of hold/tear in the packing that caused them to leak all over the inside of the refrigerator while thawing them. They also advertise "OUR BOXES ARE SO GOOD YOU CAN GIFT THEM", but I personally would not gift a soggy cardboard box that's falling apart as I lift it. Maybe that's just me? Contacting customer support was pointless, so I have chosen to cancel my membership and stop purchasing from this retailer. I'm sure the in-store experience is just fine, but I would avoid ordering online and having the items shipped to you. At least until they figure out how to implement some quality control. read more

I've been ordering meats from wild fork for about 4 years. My biggest concern lately has been consistency-it seems that over the past year some of my steak orders (prime always) were tuff and not the quality I was expecting-to wild forks credit they took care of my complaints timely and without question. I have since been extremely pleased with my steak orders and will continue to purchase items from them. Their pricing is very reasonable and have a lower threshold for free shipping than their competitors. Would recommend them for sure. Milan Katz read more

We'd visited WF when they were set up in the parking lot and then when they first opened the storefront before the covid crisis, so when my carnivorous hubby got stir crazy after over a week of "safer at home", tired of hot dogs, rice and beans, he remembered Wild Fork. As other reviewers have pointed out, the meat/seafood selection is a long long list. Items are priced rather competitively, especially compared to the prices at box grocers. But you cannot compare the quality, since WF food is on some sort of other level amazing quality. Now they do have some cuts that have mind blowing prices, as expected from a specialty merchant. Our first visit, we were treated royally as well as our subsequent visits, where we received refresher points regarding store layout and meat selection. There are also other items like sides and desserts. They did implement limits on some items as of this review, early April 2020. USDA aged Pichana, lawrt. I'm here for it. read more

Easily the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a rib cap steak a couple weeks ago and asked for a delivery last Saturday. All good so far. On Saturday I get a notice that the item was shipped with a tracking number. But the item was never given to the shipping company. Yesterday I waited on hold for 2 hours - no answer. I wrote two emails. Today, I called again and spoke to a pleasant young man - however he had no clue when I would get my product, he couldn't cancel my order, he couldn't process a refund, and he admitted he would send the issue to another department but had no idea when and if they would contact me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he pleasantly said the supervisor would be on the line in a few minutes. Twenty-five minutes later, after hearing that my call was important to them at least 25 times, I hung up. Don't buy from this company! read more

My friend Nicole V. mentioned something about buying some clam meat for her Thanksgiving dinner from Wild Fork Foods. Being the foodie I am I decided to investigate and found their website. A chain butcher spreading all over the USA with an easy to navigate website with tons of specialty meats, I was intrigued. Many of you know I often fly into Fort Lauderdale just to go to Costco, which then means hours of separating and vacuuming sealing meat into correct portion sizing, then freezing to take home. Wild Fork Foods seemed worth trying as I could order online and pick up in store (delivery is an option too) and this would help me avoid the Costco headache. I spent some time selecting the perfect cuts of everything from Waygu to Ostrich and selected pick up for a few days later. Check out said the prices would slightly change based on what was in store, and I was fine with that. When it was finally time to pick up my order it was a breeze. Everything was ready to go in easy to carry bags, wrapped in insulation. To my surprise, pretty much everything was already vacuum sealed saving me tons of space in my cooler suitcase (I did repackage a handful of items but I know better for next time now). Ok. So really what's important. The quality of the meat! To be fair I dropped about $500 here less than 2 weeks ago, and that was the holiday time, sooo we haven't eaten too much yet. But I feel confident in my review as the two things we have eaten - Venison Frenched Rib Rack and the Bone-in Cowboy Steak have nothing been absolutely outstanding cuts of meat. Extremely tender and flavorful. Needless to say I have my cart ready to send I'm for another pickup this Saturday!! read more

Wow what a phenomenal selection of high quality meats, poultry and fish. Freezer ready and vacuum sealed for freshness. Every meat I've purchased has been excellent: steak, ribs, boneless chicken breasts , wings, salmon, shrimp and giant sea scallops too! Last week I picked up one of Wild Forks recipe cards for Dry Rub Ribs, they were delicious. Today I bought another rack of ribs I'm going to repeat that fall-off-the-bone recipe. Also tried something new, their Plant Based Burgers sold in a two pack for $5.25. I pan fried the burgers, added sautéed mushrooms and cheese - seriously you could have fooled me into thinking I was eating a juicy beef burger. I'm sold!!! We'll be substituting these from now on! I ordered from this company 2/18/22 and my package was discarded by the carrier. The carrier said wff would be notified, I followed up and notified them myself. And still to this day I haven't received an email/call regarding my issue but I was still charged. So I was charged for something I never received nor can I speak with someone to rectify the situation and for that no I will never order again from wff and am notifying the better business bureau Update 3/5/22- I finally got in touch with customer support and they were actually very helpful and immediately issued a refund, guess there's some logistics issues they're working through. Wild Fork is wonserful. Delicious meats, great quality and prices. I tried Wild ForK because of thei prices. After I receiving my first order I was hooked. Love the ptrice and quality of thhe duck breast. Investing in the membership was a very good investment. I've only ordered meat that's hard to find or expensive in my area (bison, duck and vinson). Wild Fork Foods is a new (to me) grocery store for prime selections of foods. I visited pretty late at night because I wanted to grab some salmon + steak for meal prepping. My boyfriend and I entered the grocery and I swore there were others shopping as well until I realized it was workers. They were dressed fairly casual as I believe they didn't have a set uniform. They were very kind in asking if we needed assistance but we knew what we wanted so we got it and looked around before cashing out. The prices were lower than we expected which was a plus. We will definitely be back for more shopping needs! read more
